★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stuff is nice, the food in breakfest and in the restaurant is very good. The rooms are clean.
BUT there is no air conditioning in the rooms!! it is hot as hell in the summer nights.

Pros:
Bed and bathroom were convenient .
25 minutes from Vienna Airport
Cons:
Don't come in hot weather (!!!) since the rooms are without air conditioning ...Vienna had hot weather in the summer.
When we asked for fans (after seaeching for staff for couple of minutes) we were told they have very limited number of fans and all of them are used in other rooms.
No refrigiraor to even keep cold water and no kettle.
We had 2 rooms for 2 nights .one was not rearranged .
Our friends got a room with no net on the window so they had lots of moquitoes.
There is barely one person on the reception ...in the evening there is no one only a phone to contact.
The public areas are pretty poor in my opinion and need to be renewed asap... The exit to the parking was full of trash (cigarretes and ash all over the floor).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give it 4 out of 5. First two times out stay was perfect, and the food was great. Last time the room was not so clean and the hotel was full and out room could not be changed. There was a whining noise of a heater pump (i think) all night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for the excellent breakfast provided and dinner. Room was fine as were the bathroom facilities. Good stop on the Sultans Trail.
