Die Direktion und vor allem auch die im Service jahrelang tätigen Mitarbeiter tun alles um den super Eindruck vor Ort zu bestätigen. Gute Adresse im schönen Zell am Ziller. Gruß Günter Pfingst ? ? ?
 Have always had the best time there for a week with my fellow skiers for many years. The management and above all the employees who have been working in the service for years do everything to confirm the great impression on site. Good address in beautiful Zell am Ziller. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Service im Hotel. Auch flexibel bei unserer Umbuchung. Skibus vorm Hotel. Zimmer schön etwas schmal zwischen Bettende und Wand. Essen sehr lecker. Insbes Frühstück war abwechslungsreich mit Wurst Käse Früchten Müsli Brotaufstrichen diverse Joghurts Eierspeisen und Brot/Brötchen etc. Es gab auch vegane Milch. Der Skikeller ist schön groß und nur mit Schlüsselkarte zugänglich. Tolles Personal und so freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Bar lädt auch zum Drink nach der Piste ein. Leider keine Saunabenutzung aktuell möglich. Dann wäre es perfekt gewesen. Danke für alles und wir kommen wieder.
Great service in the hotel. Also flexible with our rebooking. Ski bus in front of the hotel. The room is a bit narrow between the end of the bed and the wall. food very tasty. Breakfast in particular was varied with sausage, cheese, fruit, muesli, spreads, various yoghurts, egg dishes and bread/rolls, etc. There was also vegan milk. The ski cellar is a good size and can only be accessed with a key card. Great staff and so friendly and accommodating. The bar also invites you to have a drink after the slopes. Unfortunately, the use of the sauna is currently not possible. Then it would have been perfect. Thanks for everything and we'll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my wife stayed one week at Tiroler Hof in February 2019 and we were very pleased with our stay.
We can highly recommend it.
Nice and clean room, very good food and the staf was very serviceminded.
The stop for the bus-shuttle to Zillertal Arena is just outside the hotell.
The SPA is okey, and the small gym is great. The gym has some free weights and that is a big plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there for a week(feb 2020), good location, clean rooms, very good breakfast and diner. But really bad customers service! From 6 persons ( receptionist and waitresses) only 2 barely speak English, manu for dinner also only available in german, lady on reception with awful attitude!
