★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel o atmosferze ..rodzinnej bez pompy i zadęcia. Jedzenie dobre dla każdego a przysmaki regionalne palce lizać , pokoje z fantastycznym widokiem na góry ( 204 taki mieliśmy z żoną) no i połączenie łazienki ,pokoju bez...drzwi ...ciekawe i dające ...swobodę. Gospodarze dbają o gości to całkiem fajne. Spa z bąbelkami na dachu , sauny wszystko na miejscu ..no i chodzimy w maseczkach a bez covid paszportów nie pojawiamy się w hotelu .....polecam zapomniałbym..pokoje czyste i ładne a po wyjściu z narciarni....jest przystanek ski- busa ...
 A hotel with a family atmosphere without pomp and pomp. Food good for everyone and regional delicacies to lick your fingers at, rooms with a fantastic view of the mountains (204 this is what we had with my wife) and the combination of a bathroom, a room without ... a door ... interesting and giving ... freedom. The hosts care about the guests it's pretty cool. Spa with bubbles on the roof, saunas, everything in place .. no and we wear masks and without covid passports we do not show up at the hotel ..... I would recommend it forgot..the rooms are clean and nice and after leaving the ski room .... there is a stop ski-bus ...

- Breakfast buffet is great
- room is clean
- staff is friendly...
The bad
- ... but short staffed at the restaurant (or just not well trained. We had to wait forever for our food and they mixed up tables on a regular basis.)
- food besides breakfast is mediocre at best
- for whatever reason we had no room service. We stood only two nights so it was not so bad but in a four star hotel I do expect fresh towels and a freshly made bed.
- other guests and the bathroom's vent were noisy

So glad that we did - here are some of the perks.
Located close enough to the waterfall that you won’t have to pay for parking.
Free entry to the waterfall - saves you €5 each.
Free breakfast.
Free laundry downstairs. (We needed this)
Hot tub, sauna, steam room and gym.
Will recommend to more people.
One small critique- no fridge in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect weekend, hotel rooms are so nice, spacious and new. The view is amazing, wellness ist on top floor. For sure I will come back. And the staff is so friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel in Krimml and good located. It was our first time staying here and we can admit we liked everything. A great fact was that the bus station was situated right next to the hotel which will lead you right to the ski slopes. The food is delicious and the staff is really friendly and always there to help you with everything you need. The mountains view is amazing from the rooms.
The coffee in the morning is high quality and diversified.
We also have to praise the cleaning ladies, because we were thrilled to see everyday how clean the rooms were after they did their job. Lots of attention to details.
We will definitely come back!
