M	Matthew Brocklebank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Want to thank all of the staff at Hotel Karl Schranz. We had a fantastic stay here and they went out of there way to make us welcome. Particularly Cilla who befriended our children and helped to make meal times easy and entertaining for our 2&3 year olds.
B	Barb Tomedolskey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was excellent. The staff was excellent. The rooms were very clean. The lobby area was very nice. They had some rules we thought were odd like we couldn't get tap water at dinner. We had to buy bottled water. I loved it except for the water issue and an event with the hotel manager. I brought to her attention, through the bartender, that there were 3 items left outside of our window and it was there when we got there. I was nice enough to bring this to the hotel's attention and when I did I asked that if they want to get those items they need give me a warning and to knock. These items were not in our way so we were in no rush to have them removed. While I was upstairs, she walked in on my roommate unannounced and it was TOTALLY inexcusable and unprofessional. When I spoke to her after the fact, she said since I was upstairs it should have been ok. It was NOT ok. Even if I didn't have a roommate she should have warned me that she would like to go in to get the items. Of course I would have gone with her. My room was not prepared for visitors. I could have had personal items out and my purse was sitting out. ARG!! I will not stay here again.
D	Dawn A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quaint hotel a couple kilometers from main ski area. Friendly staff esp bartender Dominick. Great breakfasts and dinner if you like pork as pork always seems to be on menu. Lots of stairs and hallways. Our rooms were at least a 10 minute walk from lobby with four flights of stairs. Few elevators and no porters for luggage. Overall a great hotel, just wished rooms were not so hard to get to.

Guys a legend and he has the nicest family working at reception. Very thoughtful and friendly. The stay was excellent! 5 star service, couldn’t ask for anything more. Convenient, comfortable and the best hotel bartender in the biz. Cheers Dominic!
L	Lee Ouellette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mid-visit, this 4star destination is a Gem, except only for the fact it is offline from town by about .4 steep uphill mile. The food is excellent, staff is friendly & accommodating, and Wellness center is top notch (lovely pool & sauna, steam room & infrared heat room). The fit room is small but good quality equipment, possessing only 3 items: stationary bike; treadmill and weight machine(no free weights). The lobby bar is well lit & solar warmed on a bright day; inviting. The famous host/ namesake can often be seen at various times of the day, dining or enjoying a cocktail.

Day 4 out of 6, the staff are extremely accommodating, friendly and easy to talk to - I've enjoyed having a laugh with them( I like to include everyone). The food has been great - with a different selection every evening(breakfast was included). The room is a good size for what was paid. A shuttle vehicle is available every 10 - 15mins and the bus operates every 30 mins to take you to town/ nearest lifts(8min journey).
ע	עמית רוט on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice rooms. Bad location. The staff was not nice, except for Dominik and Nelly, and the very nice driver! The food was sometimes ok. The total feeling was that we are not wanted there. And the bottom line is not a good value for money.
