★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even bother going there, no food is served to those accommodated outside their hotel. The place was nice and had good food (albeit service was never their strong point); we had visited at least once a year for the past 10 years or so. However, for some reason they have decided to no longer accept customers other than those staying in their hotel. There is no longer an a la carte menu but only the fixed course one and only for their guests. Given that there are other eating options nearby, not worth the bother. It's a shame though, especially that the sign outside says "restaurant" - what is that about?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic hotel with Tyrol atmosphere. High quality of services including welness and restaurant. Very good position next to skibus stop. Clean and full comfort rooms. Hotel staff was very friendly and kindly. Can recommend to both, couples or families with children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A group of 7 of us stayed there for 3 nights and really really enjoyed it! Very friendly staff, great service, super location close to the glacier , good food and breakfast. Couldn't ask for more. We will be staying there again next year !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hidden gem of a hotel surpassed our expectations in every way. My family and I were visiting Vienna to see family and decided to take a ski trip over New Year’s Eve. We were a little nervous as it seemed so far from Mayerhofen, but we took a chance. We are so glad we did — rarely do hotels impress us beyond the description (we travel around the world in 5 star hotels). What we loved? The charming hotel team - from the owner to the front desk staff to the engaging restaurant hosts and servers. We had breakfast and dinner every day and truly looked forward to seeing our delightful waitress every time. The food was delicious - beautifully presented and artfully created with significant variety nightly. Dinner is a five course meal. Fabulous! On New Year’s Eve, they had a house party replete with ornate decorations, sparking wine to toast, a DJ and the most spectacular private fireworks display (15 minutes long) right on the hill by the hotel. The bus to ski areas and Mayerhofen picks you up directly across from the hotel. We can’t wait to come back to this picture-perfect Tirolian home away from home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute hotel, with perfect location (I came with a car), friendly staff and big comfortable room with a beautiful view to the mountains. Check-in is easy and problemlos even for a friend of mine who didn't have a Corona vaccination, just needed to show the PCR test. After skiing I enjoyed the sauna and spa area. It was a bit overcrowded as for my taste and still ok. Breakfast rich enough.
Now the area to improve:
- people in the sauna are not properly instructed (taking no shower before going to the sauna, sweating directly on the wood bc they don't property use the towels, taking no shower after sauna and before going to the ice bath e. g.). I think people should be kindly reminded about the rules every time they are going to visit the public sauna.
- the fruit salad at the breaker was probably 2-3-4 days old (see pic.). This is _no go_ for such a nice hotel like this. No need. It's better just to keep it completely away from the breakfast table.
Can recommend, with restrictions.
