★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful conditions. Very small rooms for 3 people . The windows in the rooms are too small and too high. We were served a juice that had been expired for 2 months and the boss said it can be consumed 4 months after expiring!!Not recommanding!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food - we had the beef goulash and mixed grill, with the schnitzel also being nice. Outside seating next to the main road through Zell am Z and slightly grumpy staff but good overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel, the spa area has 3 sauna and other areas to get relaxed. Including drinks, fruits and some creme to get the tired muscles back to normal. Rooms are comfortable. The meals (breakfast, dinner) was quite good and more than enough. We spend 3 nights in this hotel and we can absolutY recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, the complete staff is very very unfriendly and arrogant. Starts from the reception and ends with the very terrible waiter. The food is really just standard, maybe low standard and not more. Unfortunately they have the behavior of a wannabe high class hotel/restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the 3rd time i have stayed in this family run hotel.
We stay in room 109 (2 adults and 2 large teenagers) which is a great large family room with a smaller 2 bed room off the main double bedded room, with traditional wood walls and ceiling. This room is large with a safe and TV, table etc and several old features left in room.
Great family and always helpful,and very trusting, food great quality and plenty of it.
Also in great location in center of the valley and village so great for going up the valley higher or not far from Innsbruck.
Only possible downside may be that if you have windows open at night traffic noise can be a issue early mornings, but this is a small price to pay for such a great hotel and staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute hotel with good connections to the slopes! Area is quiet with limited nightlife and hotel bar doesn't have cocktail which is a shame! Overall great experience with friendly staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved it. Everything is so traditional and you can feel that the staff has really learned their trade from scratch. Friendly waiter, tasty hearty food. Best place in town we found, therefore been there days on end :) our absolute favorite was the faschiertes Butterkalbsschnitzel
