A	Arne Christmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für mich ein absoluter Geheimtipp, was ich ja eigentlich nicht so laut sagen sollte denn bis jetzt habe ich immer noch ein Zimmer ergattert. Sehr gemütliches kleines Hotel mit sehr ansprechenden Zimmern. War dieses Jahr in der oberen Etage mit Balkon zur Talstation und den Bergen zur anderen Seite. Man sieht die Talabfahrt mit Ihren unzähligen Skifahren die alle mit einem fetten grinsen aus dem gigantischen Skigebiet herunter kommen. Einfach geil. Extrem schöner Frühstücksraum, angelegt wie ein Wintergarten mit Sicht auf ein Bergpanorama. Sauna, Dampfbad und Skikeller mit Umzugsraum in dem die Schuhe getrocknet und gewärmt werden. Wenn man bereit ist und los will geht es durch den Garten direkt zur Gondelbahn. Gleicher Weg zurück funktioniert auch. Genial For me an absolute insider tip, which I shouldn't say so loudly because until now I still managed to get a room. Very cozy little hotel with very attractive rooms. This year was on the upper floor with a balcony to the valley station and the mountains to the other side. You can see the valley run with its countless skiing, which all come down from the gigantic ski area with a big grin. Just crazy. Extremely beautiful breakfast room, laid out like a winter garden with a view of a mountain panorama. Sauna, steam bath and ski cellar with a moving room in which the shoes are dried and warmed. When you are ready and ready to go, you can go through the garden directly to the gondola lift. The same way back works too. brilliant
M	Markus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Man wird schon sehr freundlich begrüßt und das Zimmer ist auch sehr sauber gewesen. Das Frühstück sehr gut und ausreichend. Der Begrüßungs und abschiedsdrink war sehr zuvorkommen! Sogar spät abends bekam ich noch ein Bier aufs Haus.. Negativ: Lediglich die Matratze war uns beiden viel zu weich.

Wir kommen jetzt schon seit über 20 Jahren her und werden es solange als möglich weiter machen. Simply a great hotel. Very family atmosphere with very loving and friendly operators. Zu umliegenden Restaurants, einem Schirm an der Talstation und Kneipen sind die Wege kurz. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, Sehr sauber und schöne Zimmer, regionales sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Besonderheit sind die liebenswerten Inhaber und Gastgeber. Wir hatten sehr schöne Stunden in der Bar. Vielen Dank - Sehr zu empfehlen. We had a long ski weekend in Serfaus. The ski area is great. You can start skiing right at the Hotel Zerzer and go back directly. The distances to the surrounding restaurants, an umbrella at the valley station and pubs are short. The hotel has a great location, very clean and nice rooms, regional very good breakfast. The specialty are the lovable owners and hosts. We had a very enjoyable time in the bar. Thank you - highly recommended.
C	Cari7789 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich liebe es Zeit in diesen Hotel zu verbringen. Wir fahren jedes Jahr zum Hotel Zerzer und die Leute an der Rezeption sind wirklich sehr freundlich. Ich finde das die Zimmer und Appartements von der Größe für vier Personen gut passt. Man hat einen perfekten Ausblick auf die Piste, und man kann auch gleich vom Hotel aus auf die Piste fahren. Ich kann kann es wirklich gut empfehlen und freue mich schon sehr aufs nächste Jahr. I love spending time in this hotel. We go to Hotel Zerzer every year and the people at the reception are really very friendly. I think the size of the rooms and apartments is good for four people. You have a perfect view of the slopes, and you can also ski right from the hotel onto the slopes. I can really recommend it and I'm really looking forward to next year.
