Man fühlt sich überall sehr wohl und gut umsorgt. Super Lage direkt an der Skiabfahrt, am Stadtrand, aber nur wenige Schritte ins Zentrum. Besonders wohl gefühlt haben wir uns in der Wellness Oase, die wir diesmal öfters genutzt haben. Sehr sauber, herrlich entspannend. Jederzeit gerne wieder! We were there for the second time and again very satisfied. The hotel is very well maintained, everyone is very friendly and the service is excellent. Breakfast great! You feel very comfortable and well looked after everywhere. Great location right on the ski slope, on the outskirts, but only a few steps to the center. We felt particularly comfortable in the wellness oasis, which we used more often this time. Very clean, wonderfully relaxing. Again any time!

S	Sven Niedergesaess on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe beim Nachbarhotel gewohnt. Durch die Kälte war meine Batterie vom Auto leer. Leider hatte mein Wirt kein langes Kabel um von ihm zu laden. Habe freundlich bei Schmid gefragt ob ich gegen Bezahlung das Kabel anschließen kann. Aufgrund des Österreich-Dialektes hatte ich verstanden, es ist möglich. Musste leider feststellen, dass Nachbarschafthilfe und Gastfreundschaft sich nur auf die eigenen Gäste bezieht. Ich bin froh, nicht verletzt vor deren Tür gestanden zu haben. Die hätten mir dann wohl geraten den Notruf zu wählen. Ukrainer haben da keine Chance... I stayed at the neighboring hotel. My car battery was dead because of the cold. Unfortunately, my host didn't have a long cable to charge from. I kindly asked Schmid if I could connect the cable for a fee. Because of the Austrian dialect, I understood that it is possible. Unfortunately, I had to realize that neighborly help and hospitality only refers to our own guests. I'm glad I wasn't injured when I stood in front of their door. They would have advised me to call 911. Ukrainians don't stand a chance...
