R	Raúl Montesdeoca Fuentes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend it and I won't come back for sure. The owner was extremely rude. They offered services they don't provide and try to charge you for everything. The room was freezing cold and she refused to turn the heating up. I asked her for the sauna that they offered as it was closed and the owner said "you asked me for the swimming pool, not the sauna so I didn't turn it on. You should have specified" and turned away. VERY RUDE ALL THE TIME. We were feeling mistreated at all times. At the end we didn't even want to see her to avoid conflict.
I	Inuba D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in the hotel 3 nights and I can honestly say I has been the worst experience that I have ever had in a hotel. The owner/receptionist was very "nationalist" and chose to ignore us every time we were speaking to her, sometimes even leaving the room while we were trying to find out any information. When she actually spoke to us, she was very rude. The website state they offer climatic swimming pool and sauna during (that is why we took this hotel) but they failed to tell us that it was for 2h a day (5pm to 7pm) and it was freezing cold. Her rude answers were a constant like for example, She asked if the swimming pool was cold. I politely tried to said it was and she laughed and said "you are from canary islands, the Atlantic Ocean is more cold". I never write negative reviews but this time I consider this place was a disgrace and if I save 1 person from my experience, it will be worth it.
T	Tomáš Homola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small hotel in the area between Salzburg and Schladming. Although hotel is old and also arranged in older style, it is clean and provides comfortable accommodation. The breakfast was delicious. Price was cheap. The owner was very kind and helpful. Enough parking space at the front of the hotel. Hotel is very close from the city centre.
H	Hanganu Raul-Ionut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for a weekend maximum, no actual fridge in the room ,just a cooling box and some sort, not a fancy place ,the swimming pool is more for the show off . Reception not available from 12:00 til 18:00. Good breakfast ,nice hosting
C	Cosmin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The location is near the highway, verry nice view to the mountains, breakfast was good, and owner verry friendly and helpfull. Negative: It was cold in the room, but the owner verry nice gave us some extra blankets.

Soiled kitchen towel and dirty counters - totally gross. We stayed at beautiful apartments and hotels in nearby cities for less than what we paid here. I could go on ... One star is too much.

Negative: Hotel requires a modernization Limited choices in breakfast Nice to have - Skiboots warming rack (storing them over night was not a problem).
J	John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Wow!! We arrived late for our one night stay, yet the owner was polite, welcoming and very friendly. As it was dark when we arrived we hadn’t had the opportunity to see the surrounding area, but what a treat we were in for the next morning. This is an extremely cute accommodation in a stunning location. Such a shame we were only stopping for a night before moving on. We would love to come back and stay for longer sometime soon..
