★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goed en vooral zeer fijn hotel, heerlijk om te verblijven voor wat wandelingen in het gebied Fiss-Ladis-Serfaus.
Het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid en goed verzorgd, op verzoek kon ook gebruik van wellness ruimte worden gemaakt waar alles voorhanden was, een droge sauna-stoomcabine-infrarood sauna.
Mogelijkheid van het boeken van een appartement met ontbijt bestaat uit de mogelijkheden. Zeer aan te raden dan ook voor de winter maanden.
Good and above all very nice hotel, great to stay for some walks in the Fiss-Ladis-Serfaus area.
The breakfast buffet was extensive and well cared for, on request you could also make use of the wellness area where everything was available, a dry sauna-steam cabin-infrared sauna.
Possibility of booking an apartment with breakfast consists of the possibilities. Highly recommended for the winter months.

Ons appartement had een extra kamer, en een eetkamer met keuken met alle benodigdheden - koffiefilterappt, ijskast en vriezer, elektrisch koken, redelijk compleet keukengerij. In de 'grote' kamer zit ook een 2persoons bed wat je uit de muur schuift. Het bed was lekker stevig en groot genoeg voor 2 personen. Appartement zelf is een 8/10. Personeel is vriendelijk en beleefd. Communicatie/info kan nog iets beter, niet alle informatie over appt en garage bijvoorbeeld is makkelijk te vinden online. Wel snel reactie gehad via de mail. Locatie 9/10, 200 meter vanaf de skilift/intersport/Hexenalm.
For 4 people a week (7 days). 2 couples. paid about 1400 euros. Our apartment had an extra room, and a dining room with kitchen with all necessities - coffee filter appt, refrigerator and freezer, electric cooking, fairly complete kitchenware. The 'large' room also has a double bed that you slide out of the wall. The bed was nice and firm and big enough for 2 people. Apartment itself is an 8/10. Staff are friendly and polite. Communication/info could be a little better, not all information about appt and garage, for example, is easy to find online. Had a quick response via email. Location 9/10, 200 meters from the ski lift/intersport/Hexenalm.
