Ferienpark Putz's New Years Eve festivities are absolutely legendary, and it was the perfect venue to ring in the new year. Our rooms were clean and well furnished. The food was delicious and the hotel also had an excellent selection of drinks. Likewise, the location was very convenient for skiing in nearby Lienz. The staff were incredibly friendly, and made us feel like family. I highly recommend Waldpension Putz and will absolutely return next year!
N	Niklas Lagström on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second and last time here. I should start with the positive. The indoor and outdoor pools are nice and not very crowded. Waitresses were kind, except for a very rude and arrogant middle aged waitor who we believe is the owners son. This man has totally no feel for service and are ignoring the guests. Food is towards poor. Tasteless, like state hospital free serving. They always seem to run out of stuff on the buffet table already at opening. Oh sorry, no more of this and that today. A LOT of flies in the restaurant, much more than outside. Health authorities should check this out. 10-15 flies around the table each meal, landing in your food. We were disgusted. They market this stay at half pension and the meal 4-course. Every night 1 or 2 of those self service courses were not there. Location is nice but the management and poor food quality could definately be a mission for Chef Gordon Ramsay!
S	Sandor Danka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute gem. Smack in the middle of a mini forest, with several ski slopes and resorts nearby. Good food (extra points for the excellent chef), and a romantic atmosphere - I loved that place. Parking is convenient, right under our window. Service is excellent, the staff speak acceptable English, and the sauna was the icing on the cake. Just the perfect way to relax after skiing all day. On the downside, it was a bit pricey, but as it was the high season, it was expected. Still... To sum up, we had a lot of fun and spent our nights in peace and comfort. Will definitely recommend it to friends.

They were very kind and helpfull :) We were very comfortable and all it is very clean. The breakfast it’s generous and with quality products. We are looking forward to stay again but this time for winter. Thank you again,
