★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went at the restaurant for just a few minutes. The ambiance is great, the personal is amazingly kind are and ready to help you. The furniture is classy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The refrigerator in the room is not working, no personell to handle the parking lot management: one car parked on almost every 2 spots :( Loud music under the room ( there is a restaurant which apparently closes at 12.00 ). When discussing at the reception you get high roles attitude from the working personell of the hotel, very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While not new, the place is kept in very good condition. It's well located, just minutes from A2 motorway, but it is very quiet. Breakfast is fantastic, staff very professional and efficient, nothing to complain about. Large rooms, very comfy beds.
Restaurant is downhill, in the other building and it is rather serious restaurant, not many things to choose from if you want light dinner. English menu is there, but translation is a bit off, so I got soup instead of stew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked our room with a booking.com. In the reservation we asked for two things, first quite room and second feather free room. We got a confirmation that they will preapare a room for us. Whats more we called them in the day of arrival to recall them about this. So when we arrived it turned out that the room is on the top of the restaurant which is officially open until 23.00 but after this time people sit there and are noisy. Lady from reception said she didnt get our details from booking.com which is not true, she just didnt care. She told us that a hotel is fully booked and probably they will not change our room next day. I asked what then and she replied that maybe we should change hotel...so nice. Staff did not change duvets and pillows for feather free (we have strong allergy). When we asked for change, a lady from reception came with one single duvet and with one sheet saying the other duvet is in use. Hotel is super noisy so if you want to stay in quite place do not book this place. We cancelled our reservation and trying to find something new...it is 1o'clock and it is so noisy that we cant even think about sleep. Plus for booking.com that they helped to cancel reservation after this.
