J	Jörg B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren im Nachbargebäude in geräumigen, gemütlich eingerichteten Zimmern untergebracht. Tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe - zum Wandern kann man beispielsweise direkt ab dem Hotel starten. Preis-Leistung war top, einzig der "Fitnessteller" beim Abendessen (ein Haufen frittierter Champignons auf etwas Salat) ein Flop (die Essen aller anderen waren aber sehr lecker). We stayed in the neighboring building in spacious, comfortably furnished rooms. Great possibilities for excursions in the immediate vicinity - for example, you can start hiking directly from the hotel. Price-performance ratio was great, only the "fitness plate" at dinner (a pile of fried mushrooms on a little salad) a flop (but everyone else's food was very tasty).

Abgesehen von dem absoluten Chaos im Umgang mit Reservierung, verschwundener Anzahlung, nachgeforderter, höherer Anzahlung hatten wir uns auf das Hotel gefreut. Wohl bedingt durch eine Übernahme durch einen neuen Investor hat das Hotel eine komplett neue Besetzung. Leider spricht niemand ausreichend Deutsch, abgesehen von Höflichkeitsfloskeln. Der Service am Tisch beim Frühstück und Abendessen ist so gut wie nicht vorhanden, da fehlen sogar die höflichen Floskeln. Die Qualität des Frühstücks- und Abendbuffets verdient max. 2 Sterne und da könnte man drüber streiten. Was positiv hervorzuheben ist, sind die Zimmer ( dem Vorbesitzer geschuldet) und deren Sauberkeit. Eine Frühstückspension die wir im vorigen Jahr gebucht hatten war erheblich besser in allen Punkten! Nach der Woche werde ich die Bewertung noch ergänzen. Two out of four stars too much! We booked HP early. Apart from the absolute chaos in dealing with reservation, disappeared down payment, nachgeforderter, higher deposit we had looked forward to the hotel. Probably due to a takeover by a new investor, the hotel has a completely new cast. Unfortunately, nobody speaks enough German, apart from courtesy phrases. The service at the table for breakfast and dinner is as good as not available, since even the polite phrases are missing. The quality of the breakfast and dinner buffets earned max. 2 stars and you could argue about that. What is positive, the rooms (the previous owner owed) and their cleanliness. A bed and breakfast we had booked last year was much better in all points! After the week I will add the rating.
M	Max Baumann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß. Es war ausreichend Platz. Allerdings war es im Essensraum nicht sehr sauber und der Service war miserabel. Das Essen war okay nur z.b. die Schnitzel waren hart wie Stein. Außerdem konnten die Kellner/innen kaum Deutsch, heißt man musste meist Englisch reden. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, man muss nur ca. 300 m zur Gondel gehen?. Preis-Leistung war auch gut The rooms were big enough. There was enough space. However, the dining room was not very clean and the service was poor. The food was okay only e.g. the schnitzel was hard as stone. In addition, the waiters could hardly speak German, meaning that you mostly had to speak English. The location of the hotel is very good, you only have to walk about 300 m to the gondola?. Value was good too
K	Kent Medom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejlig familiehotel i Lofer, kun få hundrede meter fra skiliften, og de største udlejningssteder. Hotellet bære præg af at være til børnefamilier. Marcus i receptionen tager pænt imod dig, og hjælper dig på høfligste vis, med alt hvad du har brug for. Guiderne der er tilknyttet hotellet var også altid tilgængelige, og smilende i alle situationer. Hotellet har en kæmpe buffet med rigtig dejlig mad. Der var altid noget vi kunne lide, og ofte var der alt for meget at vælge imellem. Til aftensmaden kunne man få øl og vin ad libitum, og børnene kunne vælge deres favoritsodavand. Personalet var overall meget venlige og professionelle. Eneste issue vi havde, var det meget pressede internet, der til tider slet ikke virkede. Kan man undvære det, er alt andet helt i top. Vi vil helt klart anbefale hotellet. Lovely family hotel in Lofer, just a few hundred meters from the ski lift, and the largest rental locations. The hotel is characterized by being for families with children. Marcus at the reception welcomes you nicely, and helps you in the most polite way, with everything you need. The guides attached to the hotel were also always available, and smiling in all situations. The hotel has a huge buffet with really nice food. There was always something we liked and often there was way too much to choose from. For dinner, you could get beer and wine ad libitum, and the kids could choose their favorite soda. The staff were overall very friendly and professional. Only issue we had was the very busy internet which at times did not work at all. If you can do without it, everything else is top notch. We would definitely recommend the hotel.
