D	Daniela Leitl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es blieben keine Wünsche offen! Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen, unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Essen und Trinken waren immer wunderbar! Alle Servicekräfte waren super nett! Wir kommen wieder :) There was nothing left to be desired! We were warmly welcomed, our room was very clean and tidy. Food and drinks were always wonderful! All service staff were super nice! We will be back :)

Jedzenie wyśmienite w opcji allinclusive wszystko dostępne przez cały dzień. Śniadania urozmaicane co drugi dzień w opcji alacarte lub forma bufetu. Bliskość do stoku przez miasteczko 10 min. Skibus co godzina z pod hotelu. Supermarket Spar w odległości 50m jeśli ktoś potrzebuje. Wspaniały basen z wodą termalną, wspaniałe utrzymane sauny, Skiroom i suszarnia Bardzo miła i uczynna obsługa hotelu i restauracji. Za rok na pewno wrócimy. Polecam We were a family for a week of skiing 2 + 1. 05-11.02.2022. Rooms clean, staff very nice and obliging. The hotel is kept in a family atmosphere. Delicious food in the all-inclusive option, all available throughout the day. Breakfasts varied every other day in the alacarte option or buffet form. The proximity to the slopes through the town 10 minutes. Ski bus every hour from the hotel. Spar supermarket 50m away if you need it. Great pool with thermal water, great kept saunas, Skiroom and drying room. Very kind and helpful staff at the hotel and restaurant. Next year we will definitely come back. I recommend
H	Heiko Wessel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zum ersten Mal waren wir hier und wurden behandelt als wenn man sich schon lange kennt.Das Hotel ist sehr schön und besonders sauber unser Zimmer ist gross und hell gewesen und das Zimmerpersonal war toll. Der Schwimmbadbereich die Kinderlandschaft und der Rest des Hauses war einfach schön. Die Angestellten und die Chefin haben toll harmoniert und das merken auch die Gäste wir waren total begeistert und würden gerne wieder kommen. Dankeschön We were here for the first time and were treated as if we had known each other for a long time. The hotel is very nice and particularly clean, our room was large and bright and the housekeeping staff was great. The pool area, the children's area and the rest of the house was just beautiful. The employees and the boss harmonized great and the guests notice that too, we were totally thrilled and would love to come back. Thank you very much
M	Mathias Schwarz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Familienhotel in idealer Lage. Ich habe selten ein Hotel mit so geschmackvoller und authentischer Einrichtung und Liebe zum Detail gesehen. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ebenso war das Essen ausgezeichnet. Einzig die Weinkarte könnte umfangreicher sein. Das Hotel liegt zentral in Lofer, trotzdem ist es ruhig und man ist zu Fuß in ca 6 Minuten direkt am Lift. Great family hotel in an ideal location. I have rarely seen a hotel with such tasteful and authentic furnishings and attention to detail. The rooms are large, clean and well equipped. The food was also excellent. Only the wine list could be more extensive. The hotel is centrally located in Lofer, but it is still quiet and you can walk to the lift in about 6 minutes.

We arrived a day later and again the woman behind the counter was somewhat passive aggressively directing us to the restaurant. When we asked the woman at the restaurant to sit outside, she flat out said “NO. You sit inside”. The way she said it was quite aggressive. So weird because the overall restaurant looked so nice with a great playground for kids. We left before getting seated.
