S	Susi D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer für ein Großevent im Sommer gebucht, bei dem die ganze Ortschaft profitiert. Ich habe auch rechtzeitig eine Anzahlung geleistet. Da ich jetzt aber ein Doppelzimmer benötigte und ich preislich nicht mit dem Hotel zusammen kam, habe ich das Zimmer freundlich storniert. Als Antwort bekam ich nur, dass ich auch in Zukunft fernbleibe möge und keine nochmalige Anfrage stellen möchte. I had booked a single room for a big summer event that benefits the whole village. I also made a deposit in time. But since I needed a double room and I did not come with the hotel price, I have the room nicely canceled. In response, I just got that I want to stay away in the future and would like to make no further request.

Frühstück ist spärlich mit billigsten Waren bei Wurst, Käse und Brötchen.Einen Apfel oder ähnliches sucht man vergebens.Abgerundet wird es mit verdünnten Säften. Abendessen ungenügend in der Portionsgröße, Geschmack ok. Bedienungen schlecht gelaunt und überfordert. Lage des Hotels ist toll am Ende der Talabfahrt. Just here for a ski vacation. Rooms are OK but hard to get warm. Breakfast is sparse with cheapest goods with sausage, cheese and bread rolls. An apple or something similar one looks for in vain. It is rounded off with diluted juices. Dinner insufficient in the serving size, taste ok. Operations in a bad mood and overwhelmed. Location of the hotel is great at the end of the valley run.

Gezellige waard die de kids entertaint, samen een ijsje met ze maakt en scherp is op de drankjes; top! Voor kleine eters is de kleine pizza al te groot, let hier op! Enjoyed dinner at this restaurant. The pizzas are great, the salad simple, maybe too simple. Friendly host who entertains the kids, makes an ice cream with them and is sharp on the drinks; top! The small pizza is too big for small eaters, pay attention to this!
S	Stefan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zimmer: einfach, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Luft nach oben gibt es aber reichlich. Frühstück: Rühreier, Spiegeleier gibt es nicht. Nur eine Sorte Brot. Brötchen aufgebacken. Frisches Obst Fehlanzeige. Der O-Saft schmeckt wie Wasser. Auch hier jede Menge Luft nach oben. Essen: geschmacklich sehr gut! Die Portionen sind allerdings ein Witz. Auch auf Nachfrage bekommt man nicht einmal ein paar Kartoffeln mehr. Das geht gar nicht! So kann man nicht mit seinen Hausgästen umgehen. Fazit: für einen kurzen Skiurlaub annehmbar, aber niemals für einen richtigen Urlaub. Rooms: simply but functionally furnished. But there is plenty of room for improvement. Breakfast: there are no scrambled eggs or fried eggs. Just one kind of bread. Baked rolls. No fresh fruit. The orange juice tastes like water. Here too, there is plenty of room for improvement. Food: very good taste! The portions are a joke though. Even when asked, you can't even get a few more potatoes. That is not how it works! You can't treat your house guests like that. Conclusion: acceptable for a short ski vacation, but never for a real vacation.

Onze bestelling werd opgenomen en daar is ook alles mee gezegd. Klantvriendelijkheid kennen ze niet. Wij hadden pizza proscuito maar het was gewone ham die onder een hele dikke laag kaas lag, echt een van de meest slechte pizza’s die ik ooit op heb. Wij hadden de pizza’s laten staan en zeiden dat wij deze niet zo goed vonden en vroegen om de rekening. De dame reageerde niet op de pizza’s maar vroeg of we alles bij elkaar wilden afrekenen of apart. Daarna kwam de gastheer ons even vertellen (met hoge poten) dat hij net 40 pizza’s had uitgeserveerd dus dat wij hem niet lekker vonden kon niet. Er werd ook niet naar een oplossing gezocht. Wat een ontzettend slechte ervaring en wat een domper op onze leuke vakantie! Hier weten ze wel hoe ze de sfeer moeten verpesten. Oh ja, het biertje was wel lekker, daarom 1 ster. Nach einen Trip von den Krimmler Wasserfällen od. nach einem heißen Wandertag, ist das selbstgemachte Milcheis vom Brugger die beste Abkühlung!! Die Preise scheinen hoch, jedoch bekommt man dafür auch eine große Portion. Passend zur Heidelberg Saison gibt es auch ein sehr gutes Heidelbeer Milcheis. P.s. kommt ja nicht auf die Idee es Softeis zu nennen!! Diese Warnung steht zusätzlich noch überall an der Eis Theke!!
