★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Franchement, nous sommes venus à la lecture des avis. C’est sur c’est très propre à l’intérieur mais pas l’extérieur, les clients glissent sur la glace gelée non déblayée, la fontaine kneip pourtant promise n’est pas en service, la fontaine de glace inexistante, le jacuzzi extérieur doit être ouvert par les clients et seulement à moitié, empêchant toute convivialité du moment, la glace gelée est sur les escaliers du jacuzzi n’est pas non plus nettoyée. Le grand lit promis est en fait la réunion de 2 lits simples. Aucun service dans les chambres, ni bouilloire, ni cafetière, les
savons ne sont pas renouvellés, pas de thongs fournies pour le spa. Le personnel est serviable mais on ne sent aucun intérêt réel pour le bien-être des clients, pas de convivialité. Pas digne d’un 4 étoiles mais d’un 3.
 Frankly, we came from reading the reviews. It's sure it's very clean inside but not outside, customers slip on frozen ice not cleared, the promised kneip fountain is not in service, the non-existent ice fountain, the outdoor jacuzzi must be opened by customers and only halfway, preventing any conviviality of the moment, the frozen ice is on the stairs of the jacuzzi is also not cleaned. The promised double bed is in fact the combination of 2 single beds. No service in the rooms, neither kettle nor coffee maker, the
soaps are not renewed, no thongs provided for the spa. The staff are helpful but you don't feel any real interest in the welfare of the customers, no friendliness. Not worthy of a 4 star but a 3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Stacklerhof ist der absolute Hammer! Ein super gepflegtes Hotel mit spitzenmäßigem Essen und einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre! Der Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls super schön. Auch nach dem dritten Besuch gibt es wieder nichts Negatives ?.

The Stacklerhof is awesome! A super well-kept hotel with excellent food and a very special atmosphere! The wellness area is also super nice. Even after the third visit, there is nothing negative again ?.

Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, Frühstück und Abendessen lassen ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen.
Wir haben uns bei Familie Pfurtscheller sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!
An excellently run family hotel with very good value for money!
The rooms are nicely furnished, breakfast and dinner also leave nothing to be desired.
