★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean apartment. Tasty decoration. The place is warm and you have everything you need for a family vacation.
Even two bathroom's??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hotel in the world. The worst ever. No room service, no extension，no mini bar in the room. The floor is cover by carpet but it's always wet cause broken drainer in bathroom. Their reception has opening hours from 7.00am to 7.00pm. But the thing is, normally tourists would not stay in the hotel during daytime. When they come back wearily to hotel after whole-day sightseeing, they find problem, such as drainer is broken, no one could come and fix the problem! Can't imagine how they get their three stars. Would never chose this hotel again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lovely rooms, nice Service. the new small Apartments are very comfortable, with kitchen and living room, so we can accomodate with 2 children. The breakfast is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely and clean. Our room was on the top floor and we stayed in August, so without air conditioning or fans, the place was verrry hot. The pool closes at 7 which is important to note because you want to spend your time cooling off, that's where to do it, but it's still stifling hot at 7 pm, so it would be nice to still be open. Also, reception is gone from 7 pm to 10 am, so if you need to contact them, they say to call on the door, again, an issue of you are an international visitor. The hotel is outside of town, but easy to access the main downtown area via tram.
Lots of dishes, full kitchen, wifi, friendly, etc. Would recommend

The room was very clean, big and comfortable. The kitchen was fully functional and the dishwasher with detergent included was a great plus. Compared to alternatives in Vienna, we had good value for the money. Breakfast is OK and has a lot of variety.
On the down side:
There is only one bath towel hanger in the toilet which is clear not enough (there are no hangers at all for hand towels) which can be quite discomfortable. One of the bathrooms only had soap in the shower and not in the sink. There is clearly a communication problem between staff in this hotel, although they always try to be helpful at the reception. I broke a toilet cover while seating to dress the kids and warned the reception immediately. I was told by the receptionist that he would check if something needed to be paid. I offered to pay immediately and also offered to remove the value from my credit card associated with the reservation. I warned I was leaving in the morning so I was told that if needed someone would give me a call. Next day I receive an email from the hotel saying that I broke the cover and left without saying nothing and that I have to pay 39,90€. It's 30 minutes away from city center by public transport.

The aparthotel had an electronic device that you can use for a check in easily.
A good aparthotel, the room was good enough and well equipped with kitchenette, kettle, coffee machine and cutlery.
The room also had a smart TV with cable channels.
The bathroom was clean and had a nice shower with metered water heating and floor heating device as well.
Windows were wide enough and well sealed to keep the room temperature when it was cold outside.
The view though was a bit obstructed by nearby housings but overall privacy is maintained.
The beds weren't as expected being two single beds which slides and moves whenever you try to sit on! and I wonder why not they didn't bring a single large bed or two single beds with better quality.
The issue of every three day cleaning, I think should be revised and daily cleaning should be the rule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good overall experience! Very clean rooms, new and comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen (the entire place was recently completely renovated by the looks of it). Easy to connect to the city center from the hotel. It cannot get any better for the price.
They have a pool that will be open in summer, really looking forward to that as we will definitely come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent staff, very helpful. Apartments/rooms are completely renovated, however our room on the main floor was probably the worst one. There was a light outside the window which is so bright that you don't need to turn on lights in that room. Plus no matter how good you cover the window it is still too bright. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Good access to tram and grocery/restaurants. Overall a good place to stay ??
