Hotel Bergwelt - Au 135

The visit was for a wedding and not to stay over night. But I can honestly say we all felt well catered for and a wonderful atmosphere. We would visit again. ?

Very lovely staffs. Food is great. Room is a little bit too warm. A thinner duvet will help.

Nice hotel, very good restaurant. We had a room/suite by the street though (main street of the valley) which is not always that quiet, but nothing earplugs cannot solve. Good perks like vacation cards which offer free entries on lifts, the famous thermen...

Rooms were nice and clean, part of the stuff were super open and ready to help but grand part of restaurant team ... no comment. Not a big choice on breakfast, also almost no fruits, dishes variants on dinner was poor and most of the time disappointing. No avalable restaurants on walking distance!!!

Very good hotel and service. Hotel also provides a variety of body massages. A hotel to use if you love skiing in the winter.

Tried only the restaurant and ..... worse service in decades, below average food: - Service close to zero: do not respect reservation, no welcome. Servers do not the menu and dishes, very few starters, when asking salt and pepper they refuse to give it to you, and say "taste first"! Wait 55mn to have starter ... served cold. Not finished starters they serve the main dish without removing starter plates !! - Food: served cold even lamb. spinach so salted that can't be eaten (but still invoiced), pasta served cold. Did not see such a service and poor food quality in decades. Yet the chef is well known, it is probably a management issue but a disaster, and customers are paying the lack of professionalism. Go to Glacier three levels above or C&M two levels above

Picked this hotel due to the location and overall glowing reviews on review websites. Check-in was stressful. Hospitality and feeling welcome is not their strongest trained skill. Took too long. It crumbles the overall experience. Restaurant staff wasn't able to speak English and hotel didn't explain about a fixed seating. So when you want to eat you need to go to your own standard reserved table, every single time, you don't have a choice. This could be very negative if the guests around you are loud/screaming or having screeching babies. Also you can't sit outside because of this in the lovely sun. Breakfast was horrible, nothing was fresh and there was a fly plague. That meant that the open buffet foods had flies all over them. Meat and fruits were dried out. No fresh fruit juices or strong coffee. They did have supermarket quality (microwaved) pancakes and sweet breads. It would be an absolute delight if they supplied the products from the bakery across the street for breakfast. This bakery has delicious breakfast packages with fresh juices and better coffee and speaks English! We had one of the suites, with a large, shared balcony with mountain view, which is a dream to look at. When we arrived, i saw an full ashtray on the table outside with a packet of cigarettes on the floor. Room was clean but outdated. Floor was getting at it's end. Bathroom was a bit below average and you could just feel they cut costs here too especially with the bathroom amenities. Big plus was the filled bag with bathrobes, towels and slippers and their deal with Aquadome. (A must visit and i recommend the Sauna) We made a reservation for the Aquadome with a man behind the check-in desk and he was more up for the job and went smoothly. It has such a high potential for being an awesome hotel..

Family of 4 with 12yo kids stayed at Kammile apartment. We absolutely adore the place. We used facilities at the hotel itself, it's absolutely heaven. The apartment had everything what you need and enough space for four.
