U	Ursula Juestl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliche Besitzer, die täglich im Hotel mitarbeiten. Personal auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer klein,aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Bad sehr klein und nur ein Waschbecken, auf dem kleinen Balkon nur 1 Stuhl und kein Tisch. Frühstück in Büfett Form und die Möglichkeit sich eine Brotzeittüte selbst zu richten. Abendessen mit sehr guten Vorspeisen, leider nur 3 Hauptgerichte zur Auswahl. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, Alles in Allem ein entspannter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Very friendly owners who work in the hotel on a daily basis. Staff also very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but comfortably furnished. Bathroom very small and only one sink, on the small balcony only 1 chair and no table. Breakfast in the form of a buffet and the possibility to prepare a lunch bag yourself. Dinner with very good starters, unfortunately only 3 main courses to choose from. Price-performance ratio is right, all in all a relaxing stay in this hotel.
V	Veiko Seidel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war leider nur ein Kuzurlaub. Es hat alles gepasst, Verpflegung und Unterkunft war sehr gut. Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich. Unfortunately it was only a short vacation. Everything was fine, food and accommodation was very good. The whole team is very friendly.
S	Sandra Schuy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach Wohlfühlen!!! Sehr herzlicher Empfang! Alle Mitarbeiter *innen sind sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam gewesen!!! Unser Auto wurde vom Chef höchstpersönlich in die Tiefgarage gefahren. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Piste, coronabedingt sind wir nicht im Ort unterwegs gewesen. Das Skigebiet ist klasse? Eigenes Skidepot immer trockene Skischuhe einfach PERFEKT. Wir freuen uns nach einem Skitag auf ENTSPANNUNG hier war für jeden was dabei egal ob Sauna, Fitnessraum oder Schwimmbad. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Außenwhirlpool. Sehr gute Küche!!! Viel Auswahl, leckere Cocktailsl!!! Durch die angespannte Coronalage hatten wir bis zum Schluss überlegt, ob wir fahren sollen..........wir haben es nicht bereut!!!!! Es war ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub!!!!!!!! Simply feel good!!! Very warm welcome! All employees were very friendly and very attentive!!! Our car was driven into the underground car park by the boss himself. The hotel is located directly on the piste, due to the corona virus we didn't go there. The ski area is great ? Own ski depot always dry ski boots just PERFECT. We look forward to RELAXATION after a day of skiing, there was something for everyone, whether sauna, fitness room or swimming pool. An absolute highlight was the outdoor jacuzzi. Very good kitchen!!! Lots of choice, delicious cocktails! Due to the tense corona situation, we considered until the end whether we should go.....we didn't regret it!!!!! It was a very nice relaxing holiday !!!!!!!!

Located in a valley surrounded by high mountains and the marvellous scenery in the middle of Austrian Alps (the are multiple ski lifts just a few steps from the hotel) you have a superlative culinaric experience! Beside the tremendous amount of activities there is this huge WADA wellness area on around 1000m2. Even when the weather is bad, you can treat yourself with a nice swim or a sauna visit. The Rettenwender family running this hotel do really let you feel Austrian hospitality at its highest level. No question we will come back!

Location is perfect in Zauchensee as you can ski directly to the hotel and it's next to one of the many lifts in the location. Highly recommended!
