★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very pleased with the service they offered. We got a tidy, pleasant room suitable for home office. The personal was friendly and attentative. They remembered our drinking habits.
We especially enjoyed the Sauna with the whirlpool. For a swimming pool, one can go to their partner hotel.
The food was of good quality. Being spoiled from Bergkristall in Schwandberg, we can say that we liked the food, but it wasn't as good as in Bergkristall. However we like that they care about the environment and hence, one can always order more on request.
Something unique about this hotel is that no room is equal to another. Each room has it's unique layout. We think that this is quite interesting.
The manager is very friendly and approachable, too. We can fully recommend this hotel to anyone looking for bigger than average rooms, stable internet with good public transportation connections up and down the valley.
