C	Christa Micheler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser Aufenthalt im September war einfach wunderbar. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, aber das Abendessen toppte das Ganze noch! Es war abwechslungsreich, sehr gut zubereitet und jedes Mal ein Erlebnis. Es wurde sehr gut auf Hygieneregeln und Abstand geachtet, auch im Spa-Bereich war alles sehr sauber. Vielen Dank an die charmante Gastgeberfamilie. Wir kommen wieder. Our stay in September was just wonderful. The breakfast left nothing to be desired, but the dinner topped it all! It was varied, very well prepared and an experience every time. Hygiene rules and distance were observed very well, and everything was very clean in the spa area. Many thanks to the charming host family. We will be back.

Es wird viel geboten und die Lage ist genial. Auch die Hausbar lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Bar-Chef ist flexibel und flott...bis in den frühen Morgen! The staff are always very friendly and courteous. The food is excellent and the breakfast extensive and optimal. There is a lot to offer and the location is great. The house bar also leaves nothing to be desired and the bar manager is flexible and brisk ... until the early hours of the morning! C	C S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind zum Geburtstag in Verwandtschaft dazu gestoßen und haben spontan ein Zimmer gebucht. Da nichts mehr frei war, haben wir eine Suite zum 'Sonderpreis' von 640 Euro gebucht. Es handelte sich um eine Doppelstock Suite mit zwei Bädern und Blick auf den rückseitigen Hang direkt vor dem Fenster nebst Tiefgarage. Am nächsten Tag mussten wir feststellen, dass uns für unsere beiden kleinen Kinder nochmals 140 Euro Aufpreis dazu berechnet wurden. Das hat uns geschockt. Knapp 800 Euro für eine Nacht. Im Gespräch zeigte sich der Hotelier kompromisslos und lies mich nicht ausreden. Man könnte die Preise ja im Internet sehen, das hätten wir ja sicherlich gemacht. Was deutlich zu spüren war: hier geht es ums Geld. Der Gast wird als Geschäftspartner gesehen, mit dem auch mal knallhart verhandelt wird, wenn es nicht optimal läuft. Hinter der hauchdünnen, ohnehin spröden Freundlichkeit der Betreiber verbirgt sich eine harte Denkhaltung, bei der es ums Geld geht. Unsere Familien kommen nicht mehr und werden es auch nicht empfehlen. Bleibt für die Betreiber zu hoffen, dass dies in dem Ski-Massentourismus am Zauchensee mit dem aufstrebenden osteuropäischen Publikum leicht zu verschmerzen ist. We joined relatives for our birthday and spontaneously booked a room. Since there was nothing left, we booked a suite at the 'special price' of 640 euros. It was a two-story suite with two bathrooms and a view of the rear slope directly in front of the window and underground car park. The next day we found out that we were charged an additional 140 euros extra for our two small children. That shocked us. Almost 800 euros for one night. In the conversation, the hotelier was uncompromising and did not let me finish. You could see the prices on the internet, we would certainly have done that. What was clearly felt: this is about the money. The guest is seen as a business partner with whom tough negotiations are sometimes carried out when things are not going optimally. Behind the wafer-thin, anyway brittle friendliness of the operators hides a hard mindset that is about money. Our families are no longer coming and will not recommend it. One can only hope for the operators that this will be easy to get over in the mass ski tourism on the Zauchensee with the up-and-coming Eastern European audience.

Dies bestätigt sich immer wieder im weiteren Verlauf des Urlaubs: tolle Zimmer, äußerst freundliches, aufmerksames Personal und ein beeindruckender Wellnessbereich mit erstklassigem Schwimmbad. Der Skikeller ist der absolute Hit. Man mag ihn mit Skischuhen kaum betreten. Frühstück und Abendessen sind außergewöhnlich gut. Hinzu kommt die einmalige Lage: Skier anschnallen und los, mittags mit den Skiern bis vor das Restaurant, um dort bei einem beeindruckenden Ausblick einen leckeren Mittagssnack zu genießen. Es bleibt nur ein Fazit: große Traurigkeit, wenn der Urlaub zuende ist und man dieses erstklassige Hotel wieder verlassen muss. ?? The hotel exudes a very special charm as soon as you enter and immediately invites you to linger. This is confirmed again and again in the further course of the holiday: great rooms, extremely friendly, attentive staff and an impressive wellness area with a first-class swimming pool. The ski cellar is an absolute hit. One hardly likes to enter it with ski boots. Breakfast and dinner are exceptionally good. Added to this is the unique location: put on your skis and off you go, at noon ski to the front of the restaurant to enjoy a delicious lunchtime snack with an impressive view. There is only one conclusion: great sadness when the holiday is over and you have to leave this first-class hotel. ??
