J	J M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The breakfast is not well adjusted to gluten and lactose intolerancy. Almost every morning they forgot to have enough, one day there's no milk, then there's no yoghurt and the other day no bread at all! The kitchen manager doesn't know wat service means, they knew 4 weeks ahead we'd be there. The waitresses are very friendly and a lot of things go well, but when you don't understand that people with allergies have nothing to eat when you don't serve them well, that's very bad.
A	A1an .C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our third stay at the Alpenaussicht and it remains as good as ever. Our room was a little basic, as is often the case in Austrian hotels but it was very clean, well maintained, quiet and comfortable. There were plenty of English language channels on the TV too. The food was always plentiful, varied and of a good standard both at dinner and breakfast. The bar, whilst little used after a day of skiing, was a calm, quiet place to relax. The range of drinks wasn't particularly extensive but covered all the basics. I witnessed a few cocktails being made and they all looked quite impressive. Would not hesitate to stay here again, my only reservation is that it's located a little way away from the town centre so a bit of a walk at the end of the day.
T	Thomas Hood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK overall. Disappointing in some ways. Room temperature was initially very high and could not be lowered except by keeping the balcony door open. Synthetic blankets. No way to make tea or coffee in the room (though admittedly I did not ask at the desk if we could borrow a kettle). The free Wi-Fi Internet service offered too little bandwidth for watching video. Limited spa. But much was OK or good (the ski lockers, food, politeness of the staff). Quiet. Location is convenient because there is a bus stop out front and the local bus is free for skiers.

The staff were freindly and helpful, the food was very good with great variety for this type of hotel, the rooms were clean and comfortable, it was ideally located for the ski lifts and they very kindly upgraded us to a much bigger room than that which we had booked. I would go back again. The only thing that was a little dissappointing was the bar area could have done with a bit more atmosphere and made more attractive. If it were mine, I would have a variety of fancy bottles and glasses on display to entice the customers. Would certainly go back again though.
D	David Ball on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great time staying here. Very friendly staff, amazing food, a lot of choice for breakfast & evening meals. Very close to the bus stop for getting to the slopes. Nice views out of the dining room windows! We were here for Christmas 2019 & there was the most amazing 7-course banquet on Christmas eve!
