Two of us booked a twin room which turned out to be a 12 bed dorm. The price was right for us and we took the option of breakfast which was fine.

Had a nice stay. Very interesting building and friendly staff. Good value. Only one minor complain: Only one power outlet on our room made it hard to charge more than one phone.

5 stars might be a little bit exaggerated, but the hostel really is quite nice! Located in an authentic old building with clean, cozy bedrooms, WiFi of reasonable quality, adequate showers and breakfast buffet (no eggs, sadly) and all-in-all good value. My only real gripe is that the mattress is slept on was wearing thin, literally. They should update those in a hurry.

Good location. Very good prize/quality. Very simple, the common rooms are quite nice. The building is awesome, very old and stylish! The only thing was that the rooms were quite small for the people sleeping in, but I highly recommend it for a couple of nights and go hiking or skiing with friends! The chinese restaurant opposite the hostel was very good also!

Very special location (the building itself). The hosts have been very friendly and helpful. Facilities are good. And even though I am not a dog-person, I have to admit that Sam is a very nice hostel-dog.

One of the best of more than 200 hostels I've stayed over the years. Great location in Feldkirch. Views from the second floor were good; although in town the hostel was sufficiently quiet; check in was pleasant and we were treated well. Open air picnic tables on the small lawn and a table tennis area under roof on the premises open until nine or ten at night in summer. Toilets and showers were highly functional and clean. Kitchen is in basement and claustrophobic, but not many people were there during our visit. Freezer available to make ice or freeze water bottles. If the hostel is ever full then parking a vehicle could become problematic, but in our case we didn't encounter parking difficulties. The hostel sells single/small bottles of wine on site. Breakfast is okay.

Great accommodation! Staff is friendly and speaks English. With our reservation, breakfast was not included. When we got there it was 5€/person but totally worth it. We forgot towels and they were 1€ for your stay. Bathrooms and rooms were very clean. Their dog Sam is super sweet!! It's not in the heart of the city of Feldkirch but not a far walk or a short bus ride away. In the city the prices per night are more expensive.

I just booked a random hostel and had no idea that the hostel actually is a medieval house formerly known as "Siechenhaus". The staff was nice, the service good and the insights I gained of this hostel, which was formerly used as a medieval hospital were interesting and invite you to learn more about historical aspects of Austria, which are often neglected.
