Freundlicher Empfang inklusive, obwohl der Mechaniker etwas feinfühliger im Kundenumgang sein könnte;) No problems getting my externally bought bike up to scratch here. Friendly welcome included, although the mechanic could be a little more sensitive in dealing with customers;)

Auf Grund unserer Zufriedenheit haben wir alle Bikes und Rennräder bei Reini gekauft und die Betreuung war stets erstklassig. Auch hat uns Reini oft über Probleme hinweg geholfen und auch der eine oder andere Test (ob Rad oder Teile) war möglich. Wir können Bikeworks nur weiterempfehlen und wissen eigentlich keine Alternative zu Bikeworks. We have been customers of Bikeworks for 8 years and that by recommendation of a satisfied customer. Due to our satisfaction we bought all bikes and racing bikes from Reini and the support was always first class. Also, Reini often helped us through problems and also one or the other test (whether wheel or parts) was possible. We can only recommend Bikeworks and do not really know any alternative to Bikeworks.

Ich kann daher Vorkommentare nicht bestätigen, wonach nur eigene Bikes repariert werden. Thanks for the quick and uncomplicated help after my rim did not survive a fall. So my vacation is saved. I can therefore not confirm previous comments that only own bikes are repaired.

Der Preis war mehr als nur in Ordnung. Das wird mein Fahrradgeschäft. Macht weiter so. Besser kann man es nicht machen. My experience with Bike Works is only positive. I was welcomed in a very friendly way, the front wheel of my bike was finished earlier than expected. The price was more than just okay. This will be my bike shop. Keep it up. This can not be done any better.
