V	V V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on a trip last month. The main thing I should say that the doctors were really good, friendly and well prepared! Also there were an excellent organization. I had the fracture of my wrist joint with displacement and the doctors made everything perfect from beginning to the end. And now, thanks to them my hand is healing nicely!)

Arrived at the hospital by Heli - not even 2 hours later I already had surgery and everything went perfectly fine. The staff is excellent in treating sport injuries such as fractures etc. 12 hours after surgery they already put me on crutches and made me walk a few meters. Excellent treatment - 2 days after my bone literally stuck out of my foot I was able to leave the hospital on crutches.
J	JIm W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ World Class Hospital, government funded Had serious ski accident I just checked out of your hospital, having spent 3 nights and been treated for ski accident by your trauma team. I was in room 309 and must say the view of the mountains was better than my hotel at Ischgl! Simply put the treatment by the Head Dr of Trauma and his team was exceptional and the support nursing staff, cleaners and food staff were exceptional, 11 out of 10 At all stages everything was made very clear and concise and I congratulate you on the standards achieved at every level. The UK NHS could learn a lot from this hospital. I am very happy I had my accident in Austria ??! I also must thank the Innsbruck Airport disabled support meet & greet, two qualified young people meet all disabled people and look after you, again the UK can learn from Austria, as disabled service at airports in UK needs to learn from Austria
T	Toni is traveling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the staff are very kind and doing their best to help you. Hospital is very clean. Only complaint I have is the parking place being a bit far, you need to walk a couple of hundred meters

Fast and professional examination and diagnosis - I sustained 3 displaced fractures to my clavicle with over 2cm shortening/ overlap and the surgery was mandatory asap but not later than within 7-10 days. However, I was told that it could be performed back in the U.K. and discharged with mild painkillers (not even opioid pain killers!). Of course, those painkillers didn’t work and I was literally howling from extreme pain, so went back with the ambulance later…Next morning I was discharged owing to a “significant improvement”(!!!) and no capacity at the hospital to perform the surgery. So…I travelled back to the U.K. with multiple displaced and comminuted fractures, which was very traumatic and painful…and have to say…the NHS performed the surgery (plate and screws) within 2 days and even found the bed. If I ever knew that I would be effectively DENIED EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE IN AUSTRIA “owing to lack of capacity in the hospital”, I would have never gone skiing there. Absolutely appalling!
