H	Hernan G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the center only for a knee injury, they first thing they said was that they had to take 3 X-rays before the doctor check me. I had to wait 1hr to get the X-rays done. After that, I waited for 2 more hours until there was a doctor available for checking my knee. He couldn't see anything in the x-rays, so he wanted to make a MRI -> 500EUR!!!! I declined and they put me a simple bandage. The final bill was 326 euros... only for 3 x-rays and 15min of his time. Nice building, but waiting time was incredible long and the fees were much more than expected.

Can safely say that this has been the best healthcare I’ve ever received. Aside from the medical care, the service is more akin to a 5* hotel than what you would expect in a hospital. Food is plentiful and of a high standard. Rooms are immaculately clean, large and with views of the mountain. The nursing and physio teams are friendly, empathic and very cheerful. Highest recommendation for this place and thank you to everyone for looking after me so well :)

The discharge information was detailed enough to allow good follow up at my local hospital when I returned home. I am back on my skis and very happy with my recovery. Thank you to all at Medalp.
j	j r on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people here are very friendly, they speak perfect English (which is comforting when you are traveling and injured). The facility is modern and clean. My doctor from the village sent me here for a CT Scan to confirm that my ligament was not damaged, because the X-ray could not confirm it. I give three stars because after the CT scan I was taken into a room to wait for a doctor. The doctor arrived and the nurse immediately began cutting off my cast, while the doctor informed me I would need an MRI. I stopped the process and asked her to call my village doctor. At this point the doctor realized the CT scan had been done, she read it and confirmed no surgery needed. Then the nurse loosely wrapped my cut cast and I waited a long time for the report. No one seemed concerned that my cast (the only thing protecting my broken ankle) was unnecessarily cut open or that the doctor was trying to send me for an MRI because she did not see the CT scan was already done. I worry if I had not been direct enough to stop her and ask her to call the village doctor that I would have received unnecessary expensive medical tests. I’m also frustrated they damaged my cast without cause and did nothing to repair or replace it.

From his excellent treatment, curiosity, investigative mind and ability to connect, you know exactly where you stand immediately and what the next steps look like. Attention medical professionals, if you want a masterclass in watching a doctor bring medical knowledge to life and build rapport so that message is heard by patients and therefore delivered, watch out for this guy. The facility is state of the art, and please expect the latest technology and know how!! I highly recommend Medalp and its team of professionals/ I normally say, I will be back soon, however , in this case do i hope I wont need to return :) anytime soon.
