Unfortunately, we were given wrong advice, so that far too much was paid, but little could be used for it. Most trips start at 10 a.m., the last one starts at 5 p.m., so you can't combine some things and don't talk about 24 hours!

Best way to see all of Vienna city centre and beyond. Bus maps could be improved

Rude drivers, dont speeak english, the audio devices are 50% not working. Terrible service, arround 30 minutes waiting for a bus in the stop 3. Not recommended, take the red busser they seem better

Waste of money. Too much commercial info very few stories. Long waiting times at ugly trainstations. Avoid yellow line at all costs takes forever to see very little. Excellent drivers!

Quite underwhelming (as compared with our experience in Barcelona). No history of the City provided. We drove past interesting looking buildings and all we were told was that there was great shopping to be had nearby. (Even though the shops were closed).

The best way to see Vienna. There are 4 different lines ro shoose from and one night bus. He price is a bit high but if you buy Vienna Pass you get to use hop on hop off unlimited time during your stay for free. Here is audio guide that i suggest you to use since you can here a lot about places that you are passing by. Audio guide is available in 18 languages.

Only one kind of ticket. 30€ per person for 24 hours. No heating. Bad translation in Greek. Worst experience in a hop-on hop-off bus. First of all I've been traveling for years in more than 30 European cities and I enjoy this bus cause you can see everything and gain some orientation for the first day. I've never paid 30€ for it. It's around 12€ to maximum 18€ for one or two routes per person. Two adults we paid 60€ in a freezing day (-5°C) so we thought it would be nice to enjoy the ride. Not. No heating system & more than 20 people in each bus means foggy Windows all around, means no good view in any case, or any good photos at all. For God's sake I just paid 60€ gimme some heating. So let's talk about translation. It's a good thing you have greek on the menu. We are both fluent in English but hearing all this historic staff is always better in your mother tongue. This guy was talking like he was drunk or stoned or something. He's greek made no sense and he was skipping letters or words or I don't know what was wrong with him. If you are gonna serve me bad greek too, better not give it toe at all. Hopefully someone is reading all these things and decides to update the whole thing a little bit so you have happy clients instead of just taking their money once.

We purchased our hop on hop off tickets right at the bus stop on the corner in front of the Opera House. Cost was €29.00 per person for 4 lines (red, blue, green, yellow hop on/off line) for 24 hour pass. You can get it cheaper if you buy online. They had different options the staff explains to you. You cannot miss the ticket agents as they are right in front of the bus stop wearing bright yellow jackets. The bus takes you to all the major attractions. The times for when the bus arrives at each stop is posted at the stops. We used the bus to familiarize ourselves with the city as well as the history of the city you hear from the prerecorded documentary you hear with headsets. When you get on the bus you take headsets they provide and use them for entire pass. Before you buy a pass know what you want to see/do so you buy the appropriate pass. Gor example if you want to get off at each stop and see every attraction you'll need more than a 24 hour pass.
