Mit der Qualität bin ich immer voll zufireden. Ja es kann passieren, dass am Samstag/Sonntag um 11:00 nicht mahr alles verfügbar ist, aber das finde ich auch gut so. Dann bleibt nicht so viell über, was wiederum ökologisch und ökonomisch vernünftig ist. Und Brot Vor allem wenn es Bio ist, ist ein Naturproduckt und nicht immer haargenau gleich. Die Mitarbeiter*innen in dieser Filiale sind zuvorkommend, super freundlich und bemüht falls am was nicht mehr da ist. Und wenn ich mal 2 Minuten warten muss ist es auch nicht schlimm. Das macht die Freundlichkeit dann wett. Es muss ja nicht immer alles zack zack zack gehen. Leut kommt runter. Entschleunigt euch mal. I can not understand these reviews here (Fabrikstraße branch). I think it's great if I do not have to leave home for fresh bread. I am always satisfied with the quality. Yes it can happen that on Saturday / Sunday at 11:00 not everything is available, but I think so well. Then there is not so much left over, which in turn is ecologically and economically reasonable. And bread Especially if it is organic, is a natural product and not always exactly the same. The staff in this branch are accommodating, super friendly and endeavored if at what is no longer there. And if I have to wait 2 minutes it is not bad either. That makes up for the friendliness. It does not always have to go very well. People come down. Slow down.
