★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely food. Great views. Friendly staff. Only 1 lift up at night so if your in a big party as I was with 60 people. It took a while to get everyone up but this shouldn't put you off its just worth noting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like people mentioned before: unfriendly staff one even yelled "we don't accept new guests" across the room of a full restaurant. Although the food was good it was a bit too "pricey" for the overall experience. This hasn't changed in years.
If a restaurant wants to sell fine dining it also should deliver accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the daily menu, but the Zwiebelbraten was awful - so chewy (we were there at lunch time) - I couldn't finish it. They forgot one of our family's orders, so she had to wait for another 30 mins (she was also the hungriest!), and then they also forgot the tea we ordered AND the pudding. No apology whatsoever forthcoming - waiter just told me that it was because it was busy... Shame as Ars itself is a great place.

The view of Linz makes up for it though. 8/10 would recommend, especially after a visit at the Ars Electronica museum. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food quality here is without a doubt above expectation and will not disappoint, clearly the cook staff are the most skilled people here. I would highly recommend the beef tartare and the sweet potato fries and I will be trying other items in my menu on my return.
The wait staff however are for the most part the worst part of the experiance eating here. Generally they are unpleasant or atleast no warm. Fairly poor communication skills and interactions with them should be avoided.
All in all a positive experiance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice location for brunch with great views. The menu offers a variety of dishes from bread to smoothie bowl (missing the porridge though). Food was great and price is ok. Points off for not offering oat milk and the staff was not very enthusiastic.
