★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are serious about your studies, wanna sleep or study sometimes go somewhere else, doors and windows are made out of paper (you can hear people talking even with normal voices); it is mostly exchange students so partying is on the daily schedule. Also, wi-fi sucks.
Edit: and pray you will not end up on the same corridor as Spanish people.
Edit 2 (for some reason I cannot respond to the response of home4students so I will it here):
1. No. Just no. You are a student dormitory and your first responsibility is to provide good living conditions for students, that is what you are paid for. If you wanna please party folks, put into your webpages the fact that you are running a nightclub and see how many people come (or at least you will get the demography your policies aim at) - and I wish I was exaggerating, but the representatives of your dorm are often collecting entrance fees at parties in this building. Furthermore, having the police here on a weekly basis shutting down parties, neighbour meetings where they beg students to be more quiet, and getting letters form town hall with fines and asking you to keep the parties in check is hardly a balance. This is way over the line of a normal Friday party (if it at least was on Fridays and not every day of the week). Maybe, like some students here, you just never heard of places called "Nightclubs", "Bars", and "Pubs" which are meant for these activities.
2. I never meant to attack a nation in general or the international nature of this dorm. However, since the windows and doors hardly block any sound you get irritated throughout the year to be woken up by members of cultures that have a different daily schedule. Again, not attacking a culture but the equipment of your dorm.
3. Wi-Fi is not working fine, never was. Everyone is complaining, the whole year, the fact that you do not know this shows your terrible mismanagement (investing money without checking results and getting feedback of affected people is amateurish). As to your managers. This year a dorm manager quit over the number of complaints he was getting, and he could not take being the bottleneck between pissed off students and your horrible management, I cannot blame that poor guy. Took a few months to replace him. Another show of your horrible management. I personally, wrote at least a dozen emails with issues (e.g. wifi and noise) that never got answered, and I know very few people who did not write any complaints. Around 3 months in we got the point that you do not care and stopped trying, adopting of strategy of just holding on until our time here is up and we can leave and never come back. I would have changed asap, were the accommodation opportunities in Innsbruck not so limited.
TLDR: You suck, you do not care, you know it. Stop acting like you do in public spaces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here during the first year of my studies in Innsbruck and my experience could not have been worse. The kitchens are extremely dirty and the majority of students do not clean up after themselves.
Of course, the kitchens are not completely clean if there are 40 people cooking in there, but if everyone of the students puts their things away it would not be as bad.
Furthermore, it is extremely loud at night, as many of the students are Erasmus students and want to party. I completely understand that, but there are so many other students in this dorm who want to study (myself included) and I hoped that they would take that into consideration. They did not!
The worst part was the person sleeping in the room next to ours. He came home from partying and turned up the music and the base until I felt like my bed was vibrating! The only thing the staff did was send him a reminder of the quiet times! No one talked to him or helped us with the problem!
The second semester was a little bit better as we moved to the third floor (no more late night music thank god). Nevertheless, I still did not feel as if the people running this place actually cared about the students. As long as everyone pays there were no consequences.
Another aspect which bothers me is that fact that my roommate's bed was broken from the day we moved in until the last week, as no one cared enough to do anything about it. We wrote them 2 Mails concerning the topic and no one even responded.
All in all, if the only thing you want to do is party all the time then it is the right dorm for you. The ones who actually want to study better look for another place to live.
PS: I am not the only one who felt that way! Two of my friends moved out after the first semester and I met 2-3 people who did the same as well. The only reason my roommate and I stayed for so long is because we could not cancel our contract anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience. I stayed for one semester and could not take more. If you are an Erasmus studentnt this dorm might be an option for you but if you take your studies seriously I do NOT recommend living there! There are constatnt parties, it is noisy during the night and you will get no sleep. The kitchens are extremely dirty it is disgusting to cook there. There have been literal floods in the laundry room. There was vomit in the elevator for a whole week! My food got stolen a few times from the fridge. There was a raw chicken on the kitchen counter left to rot for a few days. I brought cleaning products to the kitchen to clean it a little bit before I can cook...they got stolen over night and never saw them again. Once the kitchen on our floor caught fire and the firefighters had to come and the whole building needed to be evacuated. Police is coming quite frequently and gives the dorm fines for distrurbing during night-time. The Wifi is really bad and sometimes it doesnt work at all. This winter we did not have warm water for 3 days in total. There is not much of storage space nor in your room nor in the kitchen.
To sum up, if the only thing you wanna do is party, drink, eat takeout, and you dont care about studying this is a dorm for you. I do not recommend it to any full-time student, or to anybody who values their sleep, privacy and health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I heard that from now on Spanish students will not be accepted. Apparently, they have been partying too much.
I think that is absolutely not ok and I hope that the management will not apply this rule.
Otherwise, it is a very central, large and modern dormitory. The international atmosphere makes living together very interesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience. It is apparently cheap but they are always trying to charge you additional stuff.
Be careful when going back to your home countries before making sure they will give you all your money back. They take advantage of your situation abroad to take it from you for whatever reason.
