Beide Projekte (Arsenal / Wien und Taucha / Leipzig ) liegen " im Feuer", eine Rückzahlung findet nicht statt. Meine Email mit Fragen an die GL wurde nicht beantwortet !! Nachsatz vom 25.11.2020: ich habe auf meine Fragen im Email vom 9.11.2020 bis heute keine Antwort erhalten! Meine Bewertung auf Google MAPS hat innerhalb 15 Std eine Reaktion ausgelöst: den Hinweis, dass nur positive Erfahrungen zu veröffentlichen sind!! Das spricht für sich. Ich kann nur jedem potentiellen Investor empfehlen INTENSIV im Web zu recherchieren. "As a novice" in crowdfunding, based on the project descriptions and exposes, I invested in 2 projects that were presented as serious and trustworthy. Both projects (Arsenal / Vienna and Taucha / Leipzig) are "on fire" and there will be no repayment. My email with questions to GL was not answered !! Postscript from 11/25/2020: I haven't received an answer to my questions in the email from 11/9/2020 until today! My rating on Google MAPS triggered a reaction within 15 hours: the advice that only positive experiences are to be published! That speaks for itself. I can only recommend every potential investor to do INTENSIVE research on the web.

Projekten, die von Ende 2019 bis Ende 2020 fällig waren zur Zins- und Rückuzahlung, erhielt ich weder einen Cent Zinsen, noch den Darlehensbetrag zurück! Es geht hier um tausende von Euro. Die Informationspolitik ist durchweg nebulös, wir Investoren werden hingehalten oder sogar gar nicht informiert, obwohl es uns mehrfach versprochen wurde. Bei der Auswahl der Emittenten wurde m.E. schlampig recherchiert. Ich empfehle allen Interessenten aus eigener Erfahrung: FINGER WEG UND KEINEN CENT INVESTIEREN !!! Crowdinvesting platform with disastrous project selection and disastrous customer service. With 7 (!) Projects that were due for interest and repayment from the end of 2019 to the end of 2020, I neither received a cent of interest nor the loan amount back! This is about thousands of euros. The information policy is consistently nebulous, we investors are delayed or even not informed at all, although we have been promised several times. When choosing the issuer, in my opinion sloppily researched. From my own experience I recommend to all interested parties: FINGER AWAY AND DO NOT INVEST A CENT !!!

Der Auszahlungszeitpunkt liegt nun schon seit über 1 Jahr zurück. :-( I've only invested in one project at Homerocket so far. I'm still waiting for the payout. The payment date has now been more than 1 year ago. :-(

Im Vergleich zu anderen Crowd Funding Plattformen erfolgt eine reaktive Information zum Verkauf der Krisen. Als Investor tappt man mer im Dunkeln zum aktuellen Stand. Der Plattformbetreiber geht sogar soweit auf Nachfrage sich auf die Position des Vermittlers zurück zu ziehen und verweist auf die Hinweise zum Kapital Verlust. Es erfolgt jedenfalls keine proaktiv Unterstützung. Auch die jungen Vorstände galten es nicht für geboten auf Nachfragen direkt selbst zu antworten. Welch ein krasser negativer Unterschied zu EXPORO, Zinsland oder Bergfürst. Das betrifft übrigens auch die Informationen zu Auszahlungen und Steuer Übersichten. Auch dieser erwartbare Service ist hier mangelhaft. Nach ca 10 Investments sind wir bedient und werden diese Plattform meiden. We have made various investments. Some investments soon fell into crisis. Compared to other crowd funding platforms, there is reactive information on selling the crises. As an investor, you are more and more in the dark about the current status. The platform operator even goes as far as to withdraw to the position of the broker upon request and refers to the information on the loss of capital. In any case, there is no proactive support. Even the young board members did not consider it necessary to answer questions directly themselves. What a blatant negative difference to EXPORO, Zinsland or Bergfürst. Incidentally, this also applies to the information on payments and tax overviews. This expected service is also inadequate here. After about 10 investments we are served and will avoid this platform.

Bin seit 3 Jahren sehr zufrieden und NULL Verlust bisher. Invest on several portals, but Home Rocket simply offers more profit 7-8%, which is why I will continue to make most of the investments on Home Rocket. I have been very satisfied for 3 years and ZERO loss so far.
