Ich bin schon das 5. Jahr in Österreich, und das Essen dort schmeckt wirklich lecker! Die Pizzen sind perfekt und selbst die Pommes die ja nur eine Beilage sind, schmecken super lecker. Die Bedienung und der Service generell ist sehr schnell, zuverlässig und total nett. Ein super Restaurant nur zu empfehlen!

Fine place.

What a difference a day makes. DAY 1. Sat outside, great quick service, nice food and very enjoyable. DAY 2. The WORST service I have ever experienced in a restaurant and this is no exaggeration. We were 7 people and arrived just after 1PM. Ordered drinks and food. Drinks arrived within an acceptable 10 minutes for a busy place. After 30 minutes more a polite enquiry received the answer that our food would be "some time longer". 10 minutes later the first plate arrived (not the starter we ordered but one of the mains). 20 minutes later another main course arrived (2nd of 7). Another enquiry received the answer "Can't you see we are busy today, I am running". 10 minutes later another 2 mains arrived both not as ordered. Finally 15 minutes after this the final main course arrived. On complaint, we were told to avoid lunch times and that everything is cooked fresh to which our answer was "At what time other than lunch time should we eat lunch and our food should be fresh". I am not sure if they think 45 minutes from the 1st main course arriving to the last main course arriving is acceptable. It was an awful restaurant experience. We were not the only ones complaining. People were even going to the serving hatch. The food however is good, the lady serving outside is great but somewhere, either the service inside, the kitchen or management or a combination of these is absolutely terrible and an embarrassment to a great resort.

I have been in Austria 25 times over the last 30 years - only for skiing. I love the country and the people but i have never over the years experienced so poorly service. I realize you are busy in High sesason, but the service we (and All other guests) received last week, was horrible. Not once but twice. All the other guest had the same treatment and it was a subject all over. When that is said the food was ok.

Very good location, perfect for a break while skiing or for lunch with kids after ski school. Good price quality ratio, I recommend the Austrian food and to avoid the pizza
