Minus is the shower in!!! the toilet room that is splashing over toilet and wets the tiles under... Must admit very friendly and helpful Manager Lucky, I wish there are more people like him. Enjoy)
S	Sten Bron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service. I´m in a wheelchair and need an adjustable bed. The hotel managed to get me one for our stay. Very good service. The location is good and not so far from city center (1,5km)The room we had no2 was quite big and had a fridge. So all was fine. I recommend this to every person that needs a good hotell for a reasonable price. One thing, if you get here by car park it in a garage. The parking in Vienna is terrible.

B	Bet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a nationwide lockdown in Austria, and due to this I can’t visit Vienna next week because tourists trips aren’t allow. I paid the reservation in advance and now I’m struggling to get a reimbursement. I contacted Expedia, directly to the hotel… no answer.
A	Anna Laverty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were guests of the hotel and went for a night walk, when we returned the hotel was locked. No matter how much we rang the bell - no one answered. There were more people waiting. According to the comments here - apparently this is a routine thing for them to leave guests outside in the cold. We asked to speak to the manager and he did not want to talk to us, and in fact we never saw him at the hotel. A place run without a management team. Breakfast is reasonable and very basic. The bathroom and toilet are very small.

Without him I wouldn’t have felt as save as I did. Totally recommend this place. Please stay as great as you are Andrew I wouldn’t change anything for the world ?

However on our 2 breakfast we received so called Vienna breakfast.. which was bread, crossaint, butter and some packaged food like jam. There was nothing to put on your bread like ham or cheese nor any hot food. No vegetables nor even cereal. Other than that nice clean hotel
