★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Högl shoe outlet ist wirklich total armselig und heruntergekommen. Überall sind Kübel aufgestellt weil es durchs Dach tropft. Die Verkäuferin hat zuerst anstalten gemacht dass sie uns bedienen möchte und ist einige Meter uns entgegen gekommen hat sichs dann doch anders überlegt und ist wieder zu ihren Schuhen zurück gegangen. Einfach nur traurig sowas.
Högl shoe outlet is really very poor and run down. There are buckets everywhere because it is dripping through the roof. The saleswoman first made arrangements that she would like to serve us and came a few meters towards us, then changed her mind and went back to her shoes. Just sad something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier kannst du um wenig Geld tolle Schuhe kaufen, auch wenn sie nur 2.Qualität sind. Ein ungeschultes Auge kann die Fehler kaum erkennen. Wir waren schon oft hier und kommen immer wieder gern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich besuchte heute das Outletgeschäft in Taufkirchen.
Leider habe ich beobachtet, dass eine Mitarbeiterin eine hochschwangere Kundin, die sich auf dem Sofa ausrastete und nebenbei bereits Schuhe gekauft hat, unfreundlich ansprach, die herumliegenden Schuhe wieder odnungsgemäß an ihren Platz zurückstellen. Ich war sehr verwundert, da im Geschäft nur 1 Kundschaft war und die Mitarbeiterinnen sich privat unterhalten haben. Ich habe bis jetzt in Salzburg immer Högl Schuhe gekauft und bin mir ab heute sicher, dies nicht mehr zu machen. Da ich meine, dass alle Mitarbeiterinnen von Högl die Marke nach außen vertreten sollen. Momentan habe ich das Gefühl „außen hui und innen pfui“.

Today I visited the outlet store in Taufkirchen.
Unfortunately, I observed that an employee spoke unfriendly to a very pregnant customer, who was freaking out on the sofa and had already bought shoes on the side, and put the shoes lying around back in their place properly. I was very surprised because there was only 1 customer in the shop and the employees talked privately. Up to now I have always bought Högl shoes in Salzburg and from today I am sure that I will no longer do so. Because I believe that all Högl employees should represent the brand externally. At the moment I have the feeling "outside hui and inside ugh".
