Roof renewal and renovation of an old building. The trade was mediated by the company Hausverstand Bau GmbH. Competent friendly employees who were very solution-oriented. This is the most important thing in an old building. I can only recommend both companies. TOP !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Über einen Vermittlungsvertrag der Firma Hausverstand Bau GmbH sollte die Firma Weisshaidinger bei unserem Einfamilienhaus sämtliche Zimmererarbeiten sowie die Bauführerschaft übernehmen. Unmittelbar nach der Bauverhandlung wurde uns von Herrn Gebetsroither mitgeteilt, dass sich trotz Festpreisgarantie unsere Kosten um mehr als 50% erhöht hätten. Bis zuletzt haben wir weder ein überprüfbares Angebot erhalten, um die Preissteigerung nachvollziehen zu können, noch war jemand der Firma Weisshaidinger für ein persönliches Gespräch erreichbar.
Through an agency contract with Hausverstand Bau GmbH, the company Weisshaidinger was to take over all the carpentry work and the construction management for our single-family house. Immediately after the construction negotiation, we were informed by Mr. Gottesroither that our costs had increased by more than 50% despite the fixed price guarantee. Up to the end, we have not received a verifiable offer to understand the price increase, nor was anyone from Weisshaidinger available for a personal conversation.
