★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vereinbart wurde die Wartung der Klimaanlage. Der Techniker (war freundlich) kam unangemeldet eine Stunde vor Termin. Der Techniker führte die Arbeiten ordnungsgemäß durch und hinterließ mir das Prüfungsprotokoll ohne die Zeitdauer darauf zu hinterlassen.
Am nächsten Tag kam die böse Überraschung. Für 45 Minuten warten der Klimaanlage wurden 350€ berechnet. Die Zeiten für eine An- und Abfahrt werden scheinbar gewürfelt und mit jeweils 15 Minuten berechnet. Zuzüglich kommen eine Kilometerpauschale von über 50€ und das obwohl meine Wohnung im näheren Umkreis zur angeführten Firma ist.
Nach Anruf bei der Firma wurde ich von einem sehr unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter schnell abgewürgt und mir wurde gesagt das auf dem unterschriebenen Prüfungsprotokoll die Anwesenheitszeit angeführt ist und ich somit Pech habe. Auf dem Prüfungsprotokoll ist allerdings nichts davon zu finden.
Fazit:
Kundenservice der untersten Schublade. Horrende Kosten für wenig Arbeitszeit.

 The maintenance of the air conditioning system was agreed. The technician (was friendly) came unannounced an hour before the appointment. The technician did the work properly and left me the test report without leaving the time period on it.
The next day came the nasty surprise. We charged €350 for waiting 45 minutes for the air conditioner. The times for an arrival and departure are apparently rolled and calculated with 15 minutes each. In addition, there is a kilometer allowance of over €50, even though my apartment is in the vicinity of the company mentioned.
After calling the company, I was quickly choked off by a very unfriendly employee and I was told that the attendance time was listed on the signed test report and I was therefore unlucky. However, there is nothing to be found on the test report.
Conclusion:
Customer service at its finest. Terrible costs for little working time.
Once and certainly never again!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die verkauften Anlagen sind deutlich überdimensioniert - hier wurde meine mangelnde Fachkenntnis leider schamlos ausgenutzt. Die Qualität der Anlagen ist OK, aber die Preise liegen deutlich über den marktüblichen Preisen.
Die Wartungskosten wurden binnen 5 Jahren um 42% angehoben, der Wartungsvertrag hat sich zudem als Knebelvertrag herausgestellt.
Fazit: Nie wieder - Kundenzufriedenheit scheint der Geschäftsführung ein Fremdwort zu sein ..... ich kann das Unternehmen leider gar nicht empfehlen
The systems sold are clearly oversized - unfortunately my lack of specialist knowledge was shamelessly exploited here. The quality of the systems is OK, but the prices are well above the market prices.
The maintenance costs were increased by 42% within 5 years, the maintenance contract also turned out to be a toggle contract.
Conclusion: Never again - customer satisfaction seems to be a foreign word to the management ..... I unfortunately cannot recommend the company at all
