Ich wurde lediglich falsch informiert und darauf hingewiesen, soferne ich weitere (falsche!) Rechtsauskünfte erhalten möchte, ist weiteres Honorar fällig. Er hat sich meinen Akt nicht einmal angesehen und daher präpotent falsche Auskünfte erteilt. Dadurch ist mir naturgemäss ein Schaden entstanden. RA Sykora steht im Zusammenhang mit dem Gemeinderat (zB Hausbau etc.). Dementsprechend sind seine Interessen. Hier wird nur die Wirtschaft vertreten. Selbst dann, wenn die Auskünfte zweckdienlich falsch sind. Der "normale Bürger" mit Anfragen zu den alltäglichen Rechtsauskünften wird hier schikanös behandelt. Wichtig ist hier nur Vitamin B und Freunderlwirtschaft. Caution! Hands off! RA Sykora charged several thousand (!!!) euros in fees. After payment was made, however, there was no consulting service whatsoever. I was merely informed incorrectly and pointed out that if I would like to receive further (incorrect!) Legal information, an additional fee is due. He didn't even look at my file and therefore gave prepotent false information. This naturally caused me damage. RA Sykora is related to the municipal council (e.g. house building etc.). His interests are accordingly. Only the economy is represented here. Even if the information is purposefully incorrect. The "normal citizen" with inquiries about everyday legal information is treated in a harassing manner. The only important thing here is vitamin B and friendliness.
