o	oskar bulant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider haben wir uns umsonst rundum bemüht, aber mit dem Learningcenter Tullnerfeld kommen wir auf keinen grünen Zweig. Einmal werden die Zeiten vor Ort nicht eingehalten, ein anderes Mal funtkioniert wieder der Onlinekurs nicht. Beteuerungen das man sich bemüht klingen in unseren Ohren wie blanke Verhöhnung. Immer wieder Pannen und miserable Kommunikation. Versprechungen werden gemacht aber leider nicht eingehalten. Das man dann von der überforderten Kursleiterin noch rotzfreche Meldungen nachgeschmissen bekommt rundet das Bild ab. Wir haben hier derart schlechte Erfahrungen gesammelt, wir können jedem nur abraten hier einen Kurs zu buchen. Unfortunately, we tried to do everything in vain, but with the Tullnerfeld Learning Center we are not getting on a green branch. One time the on-site times are not adhered to, another time the online course does not work. Assertions that they make an effort sound like sheer mockery to our ears. Again and again breakdowns and poor communication. Promises are made but unfortunately not kept. The fact that the overstrained course instructor then throws up snotty messages rounds off the picture. We have had such bad experiences here, we can only advise everyone to book a course here.
A	Alexandra Wallner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade, früher war das Learningcenter top. Als es vor 2 Jahren übernommen wurde, häuften sich die Probleme. Immer wieder wurde beteuert es sind Anfangsschwierigkeiten und man arbeitet daran. Leider wurden wir bitter enttäuscht, es wurde immer schlimmer. Versporechungen werden nicht eingehalten, immer wieder die gleichen unfreundlcihen Verhaltensmuster, das ist schade. Wir beobachten Vorgänge die unvorstellbar sind. Wir können das LC Tullnerfeld derzeit niemanden ernsthaft weiterempfehlen. It's a shame, the learning center used to be great. When it was adopted 2 years ago, the problems increased. Again and again it was assured that there are initial difficulties and one is working on them. Unfortunately we were bitterly disappointed, it got worse and worse. Promises are not kept, the same unfriendly behavior patterns over and over again, that's a shame. We observe processes that are unimaginable. We cannot seriously recommend the LC Tullnerfeld to anyone at the moment.
T	Tanja Degenfeld on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind seit 5 Jahren treue Kunden bei Helen Doron Tullnerfeld (haben somit sowohl Wechsel des Standortes und der Anbieter miterlebt). Unsere Tochter hatte bis jetzt 2 verschiedene Trainerinnen (Shiro und Kayleen) - beide waren und sind sehr kompetent und nett zu den Kindern. Unsere Tochter hat sich jederzeit wohl gefühlt. Zum Lernerfolg: unsere Tochter hatte ab ihrem 2. Lebensjahr im Kindergarten Berührungspunkte mit Englisch. Mit 5 Jahren hat sie dann bei Helen Doron gestartet. Durch den Kurs hatte sie nie Angst im Urlaub in Kinderclubs ihre Kenntnisse anzuwenden. (Sie meinte immer selbstbewusst - sie spricht Deutsch und Englisch). Mit 8 Jahren war sie so weit, dass sie sich im Urlaub mit einer neuen Freundin in Englisch unterhielt und die beiden Kinder zusammen spielten. Nun mit fast 10 Jahren schreibt sie bereits kurze Geschichten in Englisch. Was will man als Elternteil mehr - einfach wunderbar!??? Zur Technik: während des 1. Corona Lockdowns wurde innerhalb von 2 Wochen ein Online Kurs auf die Beine gestellt. Zugang und Technik hat bei uns auch funktioniert. ? Zur Kommunikation: Hier möchte ich Fr. Schatz und Fr. Steinböck besonders hervorheben, die bei Anfragen immer kurzfristig und sehr freundlich antworten. ? Unsere Tochter wird auch weiterhin die Kurse besuchen, einerseits weil wir mit den Lernerfolgen sehr zufrieden sind, aber hauptsächlich weil ihr Englisch lernen so großen Spaß macht, dass ihr derzeitiger Berufswunsch Englisch Lehrerin ist. We have been loyal customers of Helen Doron Tullnerfeld for 5 years (we have seen both the location and the provider change). Up to now our daughter had 2 different trainers (Shiro and Kayleen) - both were and are very competent and nice to the children. Our daughter felt at home at all times. On learning success: our daughter had contact points with English in kindergarten from the age of 2. At the age of 5 she started with Helen Doron. Thanks to the course, she was never afraid to apply her knowledge in children's clubs on vacation. (She always said confidently - she speaks German and English). At the age of 8, she was ready to talk to a new friend in English on vacation and the two children played together. Now at almost 10 years old, she is already writing short stories in English. What more could a parent want - simply wonderful! ??? About the technology: during the 1st Corona Lockdown, an online course was set up within 2 weeks. Access and technology also worked for us. ? Communication: Here I would like to highlight Ms. Schatz and Ms. Steinböck, who always respond to inquiries at short notice and very friendly. ? Our daughter will continue to attend the courses, on the one hand because we are very satisfied with the learning success, but mainly because her learning English is so much fun that her current career aspiration is to be an English teacher.
