Eine Frau von Personal hat mir gesagt, das ist nicht ihrer Problem und ich muss es selber beim Yessskundenservice machen. Beim Yesss mir wurde gesagt, das stimmt nicht, also das ist Sache von Hoffer. Und auf diese Weise habe ich 20€ veloren. Yesterday, November 8th, 2021 I bought a top-up bone worth 20 € from Yesss, and when topping up it turned out that the top-up code is invalid. A woman from the staff told me that this is not her problem and that I have to do it myself at Yessskundenservice. At Yesss I was told that's not true, so that's Hoffer's business. And in this way I lost € 20.
