Very good selection of products, especially fruit and vegetables. But also fresh bread or pastries: the purchase is always bigger than intended ?

Leider kommt es in letzter Zeit immer häufiger vor, dass Sonderprodukte aus dem Flugblatt gar nicht in die Filialen geliefert werden. Wenn man dann extra in drei verschiedene Standorte fährt, nur um immer wieder aufs Neue enttäuscht zu werden, ist das natürlich kein Spaß. Das gleiche Problem besteht beim - 50 % Wochenende, welches es seit kurzem gibt. Viele der Produkte sind entweder in wenigen Stunden ausverkauft oder sind im Aktionszeitraum gar nicht verfügbar. Das sorgt natürlich für Unmut sowohl beim Kunden als auch beim Personal in den Filialen welches eigentlich nicht für die Missstände verantwortlich ist und immer eine tolle Arbeit macht. Hofer has a great price-performance ratio. Unfortunately, it has recently become more and more common for special products from the flyer not to be delivered to the branches at all. Of course, if you drive to three different locations only to be disappointed again and again, that's no fun. The same problem exists with the - 50% weekend, which has been around for a while. Many of the products are either sold out in a few hours or are not available at all during the promotion period. Of course, this causes dissatisfaction with both the customer and the staff in the branches, who are not actually responsible for the grievances and always do a great job.
