Great offers, great prices, but the attending personnel are SIMPLY DISGUSTINGLY RUDE!!!
When in the process of paying its like a hurry up and get away from me! AND regardless of how many people waiting in a queue, no extra tills are opened.
I have visited about 4 different Hofer stores in various districts, ONLY 1 store had a friendly cashier.
So, whilst prices are good often cannot find EVERYTHING only what is on offer, so shopping at other groceries stores is advisable.
Would like to rate:
5 stars for price
3 stars for product range, and
-1 star for customer service / friendliness....
Having said that, the 1 consistent member of staff is a man from Africa, the security at exit... he is always pleasant! That was at Mariahilf Hofer next door to ÖGK Mariahilf.
