Really good store, if for nothing else, they have the best vanilla donats that we can get anywhere other than Donky donats :-) And, sure, they have everything that a man can possibly need for the cooking and hoishold. Highly recomendentation. Really

Good enough for daily groceries shopping and basic hygienic items.

I am a big fan of this supermarket chain. They have a reasonable price for the quality of products they offer (products for skin, body, general cleanliness, for the care of the house and tools, has plants, foodstuffs, clothes, shoes, sports articles, electronics, material for school, didactic books and an infinity of things ...)

Dirty & unprofessional! This store is one of the worst branches of Lidl. Everything is in a mess & carts with products to be sorted are standing around everywhere blocking the way for customers. Offers are advertised but cannot be purchased eg I wanted to buy the 2 pack Nivea deo set, however at the cashier I was told that the product cannot be sold as the staff does not have the code for it... better to avoid this store!

Some products are good and also some are cheap. I usually prefer SPAR for varity of products and Hoffer for cheap price products

Usually I often do my grocery at Gundrunstrasse but since your branch new open in this street, I try every now and then but your employee doesn't know what CUSTOMER FRIENDLY is. Everytime I do my payment I am always say "Hi" and at the end I say "thank you", at LIDL Gundrunstrasse the employees got watch by a good manager but in this LIDL they do not care at all about the customer. They treat the customer without greeting at the cashier and folded faces, not even thank you. I do wish for the best, hope my critism can build LIDL become a greater supermarket. Talk to the employee and train them to respect the customer. Thanks

One of the many LIDL outlets embedded within residential and commercial buildings throughout Vienna, this smallish store is located on a busy corner in the 10. district. Surprisingly, despite being rather crowded, it is well stocked, clean and orderly, and multiple checkout lanes were keeping customers moving — and the young cashier even found time for a smile, a hello, and a goodbye — not necessarily a given for a discounter in a country with such horrid track-record in customer service. I'm awarding 5 stars not because this is the best supermarket in town, but because this is as good as one can expect from a discounter where one trades low prices for service and quality. Some weeks later: the odd visits in past weeks have confirmed my good impression of this specific outlet. Never have I seen more than 6 or 7 customers lining up at the cashier, without an additional lane opening up. This is how it should be, but seldom is, especially in discounters who usually have fewer staff.
