★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute wegen kaputten Terrassen Tür angerufen. 3 Stunden später waren die sehr fachlich, kompetenten Mitarbeiter da. Haben daß Problem erkannt, und einen passenden Ersatzteil besorgt. Nach etwa gesamt 4 Stunden später vom ersten Anruf, war meine Tür wieder repariert ??. Man findet sehr selten so gute Fachleute auf ihrem Gebiet. Daher von mir 5 STERNE ?.
Kann die Firma Hofbauer Fenster bestens empfehlen ?????
I called the door today because of broken terraces. 3 hours later the very professional, competent staff were there. Have recognized the problem and got a suitable spare part. After about 4 hours from the first call, my door was repaired ??. It is very rare to find such good specialists in their field. Hence 5 STARS from me.
The Hofbauer window company can highly recommend ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geht nach Reklamation eines Schadens nicht ans Telefon, reagiert nicht auf Anrufe und Mails, ruft nicht zurück, erscheint nicht zum ausgemachten Termin und ist danach wieder nicht erreichbar oder meldet sich warum der Termin nichts wurde. Habe noch nie eine so unprofessionelle Firma erlebt!
If you do not answer the phone after complaining about damage, does not respond to calls and e-mails, does not call back, does not appear at the agreed appointment and then cannot be reached again or reports why the appointment did not work out. Never experienced such an unprofessional company!
