★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisher nur schlechte Erfahrungen mit dieser Firma gemacht. Wir haben die gesamten Installateur-Arbeiten für unseren Neubau gekauft. Bisher nur Probleme. Mehrere Leitungen wurden falsch positioniert, Anschlüsse wurden falsch positioniert, Polierpläne wurden nicht kontrolliert, Fehlende Leitungen mussten nachgerüstet werden, Innenputz und Kantenschutz wurde beschädigt, und eine Liste unzähliger weiterer Probleme. Hier kann man nur abraten! Besonders da der Kontakt zum Zuständigen auch ständig nur auf unprofessionelle und unfreundliche weise erfolgt. Außerdem wird an einem tag zugegeben dass die Schäden von HOFA verursacht wurden und am nächsten wieder plötzlich alles zurückgenommen.
So far only had bad experiences with this company. We bought all of the plumbing work for our new building. So far only problems. Several lines were positioned incorrectly, connections were incorrectly positioned, polishing plans were not checked, missing lines had to be retrofitted, interior plaster and edge protection was damaged, and a list of countless other problems. One can only advise against this! Especially since the contact with the responsible person is always unprofessional and unfriendly. In addition, one day it is admitted that the damage was caused by HOFA and suddenly everything is taken back the next.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RESPEKT!! Am Sonntag 9.1.22 per Mail ein Problem an der Fußbodenheizung gemeldet, am 10.1..22 um 6:35 Uhr die Info per Mail, das ein Techniker kommen wird, um 10:30 Uhr wurde das Problem erledigt.
Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter, der sich sehr gut auskennt und dies auch dem Kunden vermitteln kann - vielen Dank!!
RESPECT!! A problem with the underfloor heating was reported by email on Sunday 9.1.22, on 10.1.22 at 6:35 am the information by email that a technician would come, at 10:30 am the problem was dealt with.
