T	Thomas Legenstein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine 4 jährige Tochter hatte eine Mittelohrentzündung. Nach 7 tägigen Einsatz von Antibiotika hat unser Kinderarzt dringend empfohlen, einen HNO Arzt zwecks weiterer Abklärung zu konsolidieren. Es ging u.a. um die Fragestellung, ob zusätzlicher Handlungsbedarf besteht bzw. die Antibiotika abgesetzt werden können. Ich würde eine derartige Angelegenheit durchaus als dringend bzw. als Akutfall bezeichnen. Umso negativ überraschter war ich, da als nächstmöglicher Termin der 13.10.2021 angeboten wurde. Meine Frau hat den Sachverhalt mehrfach telefonisch geschildert und trotzdem wurde ein früherer Termin von der freundlichen Dame am Telefon abgelehnt. Als Vater von 2 Kleinkindern ist eine mehr als 2 wöchige Wartezeit bei einer derartigen Indikation nicht akzeptabel. Bei der HNO Gruppenpraxis (Gschnait / Vogel / Zumtobel) haben wir noch am selben Tag einen Akuttermin erhalten und konnten die Antibiotika auslaufen lassen.... Nachtrag: Sehr geehrte Frau Dr. Zamberger, bitte schulen Sie Ihre Mitarbeiter was unter einem Akutfall zu verstehen ist. My 4 year old daughter had a middle ear infection. After 7 days of antibiotic use, our pediatrician strongly recommended consolidating an ENT doctor for further investigation. Among other things, it was about the question of whether there is additional need for action or whether the antibiotics can be discontinued. I would certainly describe such a matter as urgent or as an acute case. I was all the more negatively surprised, as October 13, 2021 was offered as the next possible date. My wife described the situation several times over the phone and the friendly lady on the phone still refused an earlier appointment. As a father of 2 small children, a waiting period of more than 2 weeks for such an indication is unacceptable. At the ENT group practice (Gschnait / Vogel / Zumtobel) we received an acute appointment on the same day and were able to let the antibiotics run out.... Addendum: Dear Dr. Zamberger, please train your employees what is meant by an acute case.

T	Tyler Durden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalweise gebe ich keine Rezesionen ab da zu subjektiv aber hier muss ich einfach sagen . vom betreten bis zum verlassen bei Frau Dr. Zamberger wurde ich erstklassig Behandelt, beraten und Untersucht. Jede/r einzelne Person war nett, fröhlich und zuvorkommend. Die Behandlung war gut es wurde mir jeder Schritt der gemacht wird erklärt. Weiter so, ich komme wieder :) Normally I don't give reviews because it's too subjective, but here I just have to say. from entering to leaving with Dr. Zamberger I was treated first class, advised and examined. Every single person was kind, cheerful and accommodating. The treatment was good and every step was explained to me. Keep it up, I'll be back :)
