Nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht, nachdem ich von meinem ursprünglichen HNO wechseln musste, da dort die Wartezeiten für Termine nicht zumutbar waren. Very friendly. Everything perfect. Only had good experiences after I had to change from my original ENT, as the waiting times for appointments there were unreasonable.
M	M M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei der Empfangsdame stellt es mir alle Haare auf. Ich wurde unter anderem bei meinem letzten Besuch (definitiv mein aller letzter Besuch in dieser Arztpraxis) mit einem Augenverdrehen und einem genervten Seufzer empfangen. Der Umgang ihrerseits mit den Patienten und Patientinnen ist absolut respektlos. Die Dame scheint ihren Job sichtlich nicht zu mögen, ist ständig genervt und das bekommen die Patienten und Patientinnen deutlich zu spüren. Dr. Jany ist meiner Meinung nach kein sehr guter Arzt, er nimmt sich weder die Zeit noch wird man kompetent bzw richtig untersucht. Ich wurde mit unpassenden Sprüchen wie "sie stecken sich selber immer an" oder "na kein Wunder, wenn sie mit Kindern arbeiten" abgespeist. It makes my hair stand on end at the receptionist. Among other things, I was greeted with a roll of my eyes and an annoyed sigh on my last visit (definitely my very last visit to this doctor's office). The way she treats the patients is absolutely disrespectful. The lady clearly doesn't seem to like her job, she's constantly annoyed and the patients clearly feel that. dr In my opinion, Jany is not a very good doctor, he neither takes the time nor does he examine you competently or correctly. I was fobbed off with inappropriate slogans like "they always catch themselves" or "no wonder when they work with children".
n	not jzar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doktor Jany ist einer der besten Ärzte die ich je erlebt habe. Sehr einfühlsam, erklärt sämtliche Procedere sehr genau und nimmt sich für jeden Patienten Zeit. Die Wartezeiten sind relativ kurz und die Ordinationshilfe sehr freundlich. 10/10 kann ich nur weiter empfehlen! :) Doctor Jany is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. Very sensitive, explains all procedures very precisely and takes time for each patient. The waiting times are relatively short and the ordination help is very friendly. I can only recommend 10/10! :)
H	Hahnfruh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte seit einem Monat Schluckbeschwerden, bin einfach so vorbeigekommen, konnte bereits wenige Minuten später untersucht werden (da ein anderer Termin ausgefallen ist) und wurde äußerst kompetent behandelt. Werde in Zukunft bestimmt wiederkommen. Had swallowing problems for a month, just dropped by, could be examined a few minutes later (because another appointment was canceled) and was treated extremely competently. Will definitely come back in the future.
J	Julia Hahn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Jany war super nett und hat jeden Schritt den er gemacht hat genau erklärt & angekündigt - was heutzutage eher selten ist (in der HNO Ambulanz im Krankenhaus wurde mir das Endoskop ohne Vorwarnung einfach in die Nase geschoben...). Durch das System (keine Terminvergabe) kann es natürlich zu Wartezeiten kommen (bei mir ca 45min), das macht aber nichts, weil sich Dr. Jany dafür dann auch die Zeit nimmt Fragen zu beantworten und ausführlich zu untersuchen. Dr. Jany was super nice and explained and announced every step he took - which is rather rare these days (in the ENT ambulance in the hospital the endoscope was pushed into my nose without warning ...). The system (no appointment), it can of course come to waiting times (with me about 45min), but that does not matter, because Dr. Jany then takes the time to answer questions and investigate in detail.
P	Pit Gaspi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super netter Arzt!!! Bin sehr wählerisch aber zu ihm würde ich jederzeit wieder gehen! Rasch einen Termin bekommen und menschlich sowie fachlich ist der Arzt wirklich TOP!!!! Super nice doctor! I'm very picky, but I would go to him again anytime! Get an appointment quickly and personally and professionally the doctor is really TOP !!!!

O	Oz El on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind person... but doesn't look like he cares a lot... he prescribed symptomatic treatment (cortisol) for a problem he said "I don't know the reason causing this". No further test request despite he couldn't diagnose. He did not request follow-up visit. Nothing. I would give 1 star, but he was kind and respectful to me. 4 star for personality, 3 star for english level, 1 star for medical practice.
