Dies gilt insbesondere auch den jungen Ärzten, den Pflekräften und Putzfrauen. Sie alle machen mehr als nur einen tollen Job, fachlich sowie mit grosser Empathie. Und das unter der derzeit besonders belastenden Situation für die Spitäler Wiens in Zeiten von Covid 19. Outstanding! As a horribly critical patient, I would like to apologize and at this point to the entire team of Univ.-Prof. Pohl express my thanks. This applies in particular to young doctors, nurses and cleaning women. They all do more than just a great job, professionally and with great empathy. And this under the currently particularly stressful situation for the hospitals in Vienna in times of Covid 19.
T	The Visitor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin heute aus dem Krankenhaus Hietzing Pavillon 8 entlassen worden. Ich machte einen Herzkatheter Untersuchung und es ging ohne Probleme. Es war nicht so schlimm wie befürchtet. Das Personal hat gute Arbeit geleistet wie man es erwartet. Auch die anderen Patienten waren in Ordnung. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. I was released from Hietzing Pavilion 8 today. I did a cardiac catheter examination and it went smoothly. It was not as bad as feared. The staff did a good job as you would expect. The other patients were fine too. There was nothing to complain about.

Ich habe mich, angefangen von der Notaufnahme über die Aufnahme in der Station über Beratungs- und Aufklärungsgespräche und die notwendigen Maßnahmen zur Behandlung, jederzeit vom gesamten Personal kompetent und professionell betreut gefühlt. Ich möchte es deshalb nochmals betonen, das der vorangegangene Kritikpunkt NICHTS mit der hohen medizinisch fachlichen Kompetenz ihrer Angestellten zu tun hat und ich mich jederzeit, was hoffentlich nicht notwendig sein wird, wieder bei ihnen in Behandlung begeben würde! The high medical competence of the KH Hietzing, especially the station N3 in pavilion 8, is, for me, undisputed. From the emergency room to admission to the ward, to counseling and clarification talks and the necessary treatment measures, I felt competently and professionally looked after by the entire staff at all times. I would therefore like to emphasize again that the previous point of criticism has NOTHING to do with the high level of medical expertise of your employees and that I would go to your treatment again at any time, which I hope will not be necessary!
