Very rude staff and limited choice! For the next time I would definitely go to another Heuriger. Absolutely not worth a recommendation!

Was mich sehr verwundert hat waren die Speisen und Getränkepreise. Die Winzerjause aber auch der Rest der Speisekarte ist für den Preis überteuert und ebenso die Getränke. Die Mohnnudelportion kann man eher als Kostprobe als, als Nachspeise bewerten. Geschmacklich waren sie sehr gut, jedoch wirkten sie auf dem Teller verloren. Habe mir mehr regionale Schmankerl erwartet. The location is very welcoming and the staff very friendly. This restaurant is embedded in nature and is very inviting. What surprised me a lot were the food and drink prices. The winemaker snack but also the rest of the menu is overpriced for the price and so are the drinks. The poppy seed noodle portion can be rated as a tasting rather than a dessert. The taste was very good, but they looked lost on the plate. I expected more regional delicacies.

A beautiful restaurant in the Waldviertel in a wonderful location away from lively places with excellent cuisine. The boss of the house and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive.
