★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei der Weingärtnerei Aichinger angekommen haben wir zunächst einen Tisch für Zwei in ca. 1,5 Stunden reserviert. Dann sind wir den schönen Weinlehrpfad nach Mollards gewandert. Das anschließende Essen war großartig. Bodenständige Rindsuppe und Grammelknödel mit Sauerkraut gab es für Ilse. Eines sehr delikate Spargelcremesuppe mit Spargelstückchen und ein perfekt gebratenes Schweinefilet mit Kartoffelgratin, drei Stück dickem weißem Spargel und köstlicher Sauce Hollandaise gab es für mich. Dazu Traubensaft, GV Alte Reben und selbstverständlich einen Krug Wasser. Service und Ambiente waren auch top, daher 5 Sterne.
When we arrived at the Aichinger vineyard, we initially reserved a table for two in about 1.5 hours. Then we hiked the beautiful wine trail to Mollards. The subsequent meal was great. Local beef soup and grilled dumplings with sauerkraut were available for Ilse. For me there was a very delicate creamy asparagus soup with pieces of asparagus and a perfectly roasted pork fillet with potato gratin, three pieces of thick white asparagus and a delicious hollandaise sauce. In addition grape juice, GM old vines and of course a jug of water. Service and ambience were also top, therefore 5 stars.
