★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Verkäuferinnen nehmen sich viel Zeit, jeden Kunden richtig zu beraten. Wir haben alle möglichen Tragen zum testen bekommen. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Tragehilfen und Tüchern. Man kann auch Tragen gegen eine kleine Gebühr mit nach Hause nehmen zum ausprobieren. Die Öffnungszeiten sind ein wenig ärgerlich.
The sales assistants take a lot of time to advise each customer correctly. We got all kinds of straps to test. There is a wide selection of baby carriers and towels. You can also wear it for a small fee to take home to try. The opening hours are a little annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute zum ersten Mal im Herzkäferle. Ich wurde sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend begrüßt. Anschließend hatte ich einen Termin zur Trageberatung bzw. zum Einstellen meiner Trage. Die Beratung war sehr freundlich und sehr professionell. Das Geschäft ist hell und ordentlich, man spürt die Liebe und Leidenschaft der Besitzer. Meine kleine Tochter durfte sogar mit einer Kugelbahn spielen, während ich durch den Laden stöberte. Im Gespräch konnte ich heraushören, dass die Besitzerinnen selber Mütter sind und das merkt man am Umgang mit den Kunden und auch an der angebotenen Ware: liebevoll ausgewählt, praktisch und nachhaltig. Es gibt sogar eine kleine Secondhand-Kiste und ein tolles Angebot an genähten Produkten aus der Gegend. Ich komme sicherlich wieder in dieses tolle Geschäft.
I went to the Herzkäferle for the first time today. I was greeted in a very friendly and courteous manner. Then I had an appointment for advice on carrying or to adjust my stretcher. The advice was very friendly and very professional. The shop is bright and tidy, you can feel the love and passion of the owners. My little daughter was even allowed to play on a marble run while I was browsing the store. During the conversation I could hear that the owners are mothers themselves and you can tell from the way they deal with customers and the goods on offer: carefully selected, practical and sustainable. There is even a small box for second-hand items and a great selection of sewn products from the area. I will definitely come back to this great business.
